Thank you all for making OHC so awesome and fun each and every single week.  I owe my producing skills to this event and I can't express enough how grateful I am to have such a great space to hang out and make tunes every week.  I didn't do any special bonus entries or anything for 600 but hopefully I made up for that by bringing back a blast from the past with a remix of this ol ubiquitous tune, which I always think of when I'm remembering how fun it is to compose in one hour.  Enjoy!

Its been a minute.

I AM SO HAPPY to have been part of Compo for over 500 or so times and to be here for 600.

don't vote, I started slightly earlier before the theme was even announced, thought I could just do a quick 1hour tune and go sleep, but here I am still here and the deadline ended already :o

I love water. My pee is the most transparent urine there is. There is no better workout than kidney and bladder workout. I'm a slut for water. I could drown in water. I yearn for the day the water will take my life. I love water.

One would hope that it's for us all.

A remix of a boss theme I wrote for this compo: https://compo.thasauce.net/rounds/view/OHC564 The player has reached the ancient aqueduct dungeon, an ancient cistern full of strange technology where they must manipulate the water level to ascend to the top of a dam and duel the dastardly Black Knight!

 

I've actually gotten the entire dungeon working, minus art and the boss fight. Ask me on Twitter if you want to playtest the game!

Despite the tone, this isn't actually about anything specific that's going on in my life. Just thinking of how to make a bittersweet song about drinking water. Also slight warning, but I didn't have access to my proper mic, so I had to use my headphones mic instead.
