I didnt like this too much, but i had fun with it!

This theme is strangely difficult. My great ideas ended up being too short. I was struggling, so i hashed in a cover of Holst's Mars. Fitting? Not really, but i was pushed for time, and loosing my will to live in terms of inspiration.

 

Whatever, enjoy it.

The shadows flicker on the wall and shine their eyes at you.

I started with an empty project (no template!) and ended up creating most of the synths and FX chains from scratch. Except for the lead, that was a preset.

Classic shorty but did some learning.

we've wanted to do a metal cover of a song for a while, and the glittery sparkly caves made us think it would be PERFECT FOR A RAVEEEEEE

More commission work this week.  I started early since I'm not following the theme anyways, but still finished in an hour.

 

This request is a little different as I am supposed to come up with 5 different versions of the same song that crossfade depending on the area you are in.  I only got through 2 of them the main version, and then the forge/armory area which is supposed to sound more metallic and chunky.

it's supposed to sound like you're in a crystal cave. 

I didn't get very far, but I figure it's best to get something up. I was going for a dark cave feeling, then it was supposed to build up into fanfare type stuff kind of like if you were traversing the cavern then it opened up to the view of the castle.

There are probably mixing problems, but I had so much fun that I don't care.

The song has room to continue, but I ran out of time. Hopefully I'll finish it someday.
