reflecting back on this compo...I've made some good friends, found some good music, and had many, MANY good times.

even if I still can't make a decent song in an hour, after 2 years. (or at least...I can't keep my songs from falling apart from EXPERIMENTS AND IDEAS)

Turns out my song last week was labelled "reflection.mp3".

Anyway this is a rather weak attempt at an ambient song. I haven't felt like I've had a good music year so far so let's see if I can improve more over the next few weeks.

I got home half an hour into the compo, and I have to go somewhere soon. Enjoy the live piano!

lately ive been having...confidence issues. i seem to also notice some others do to. So i dedicate this song to the saddness uncertainty brings to those who look at their reflection thinking "there is nothing there"

I think its alright for my first song. Note: This is intended as a joke, I was hard pressed for time on the last half of the song so i decided to make it a lot less serious.

Didn't get to submit the entry [on time] this week because I had trouble figuring out Reason. But yeah, this is basically practice using FL, Reason, and LoopMuse, and eventually it sounds really good. So, yeah, I'm excited about getting good with this combination.
