Anyway, I really apologize for this entry, you don't have to listen to the whole thing =). I missed the first 45 minutes, so in an effort to fill out the length I just kind of made an ass of myself plinking on the MIDI controller. The latency was a bit higher than I like - I can play better than this, honest!

At the end of a long day, we go through the same things before hitting the bed. What do we get out of it?

This is my minimalist interpretation of what it is like to not be able to sleep.
