A tiny song for a little snek checking out the local waterside attraction.

It goes in different directions.

I was sorely tempted to fill the background of this song with audio detailing the phylogeny and or biology of snakes... but decided to keep focusing on making some beats xD.

I'm guessing those are colubroides snakes, but not quite a dedicated enough herpetologist to really tell. But I like snakes.

This track is kind of a repetitive journey, but more in the sense that the base layer is repetitive, but the rest is not. We stick to a quarter note in F Minor, that continues nonstop, played on piano, bass synth and 303, whilst other stuff happens. We have an arp and a pad playing a sort of interesting dark progression, and a melody to make things a little more emotive than just sounds weaving in and out. We also have various pad and chord sounds, a twangy rattling synth playing some syncopated melodies, as well as various noise effects to draft this long sound scape. For the first two minutes we don't hear much drums, aside from a heartbeat like pulse, before the techno kick really comes in. It then remains for the rest of the peice. All in all, it's interesting and cool, i hope you like it!

I wanted to try some sounds of water with drum samples that had the name "snake" in them. I also played with a bass preset I made recently. I ran out of time to fade out the ending. Oops, the sidechain starts a bit too early.
