"In the interest of getting my source to you as expeditiously as possible, I will go ahead and submit the two that I have in mind.
FFX was one of my all time favorite games to play when I was younger, and I loved the music even more! I believe that "Seymour Battle" and "Challenge" have a lot of great source material that can easily be blended into a great track, and are directly related as Seymour is battled in one form or another with both themes playing.
Like much of FFX's OST, both of these songs offer a great mix of orchestral, dance, electronic, and rock stylings, and I look forward to seeing how others will mix them together!
I've included both the original PS2 midi and sound fonts in order to provide the best reference material possible. Good luck, all!"

After uploading, please check if your song plays and can be downloaded and played without problems. Only upload MP3 Files.
It is not necessary to use ThaSauce. You can upload the song anywhere you want, but I must have a download link. So if you use SoundCloud, don't forget to allow downloads, otherwise your song does not count as an entry or bonus mix. I will still use ThaSauce as a possible place to submit songs and upload all the songs to the ThaSauce page to have the songs at one central place.
If ThaSauce is down, please also submit the song somewhere else with a download link and post the link in the Ocremix Thread.
It's enough to remix one of the source. There's no bonus for mixing both in one source, but it is still encouraged.

The tune was better than expected, when i listened to it, so i thought this was going to be fun, but when i actually loaded it up, it turned out to be the opposite lol. It ended up being quite hard, because of all the complexities (Especially the time signature changes in the second half). In the end, i decided to do a Sega Genesis cover, because i thought it would be something different from me, and honestly it actually sounds really good. It turned out to be better than expected. It really sounds good.
In terms of sound, everything you hear was made using Genesis sounds.
All the drums come from Sega Genesis games, and all the FM synths, was made using VOPM.
It isn't a full 1-1 genesis cover, because if i reduced it to 6 channels, it would sound super flat, and bare. It needs all them channels for that thick sound, if you know what i mean. Anyways, hope you like it.
Some kind of orchestral thing for my favorite parts of the song. Tried minimalistic percussion, it's a bit flat methinks, but had fun with some parts.
This is all made with SNES soundfonts (Super Metroid, Secret of Mana, Megaman X, and Kirby Superstar). I did NOT get the time I wanted to invest in this project, so this is simpler and shorter than I intended, but I got it in!
I didn't get to as much variation as I normally like due to time constraints so this is pretty faithful to the original. I also am not experienced using old soundfonts, so there's certainly room for improvements. But it was fun to throw together, and I didn't miss the round!
