"For my next choice, �I Am Impact� from Mystical Ninja Goemon on Nintendo 64. This was one of my favorite video games growing up�you could unlock a menu that allowed you to play all the music from the game! There are a lot of huge winners in this game�s OST, one of my favorites being �Kai Highway.� Ultimately, though, it was always �I Am Impact� that was my biggest ear worm. With its over-the-top instrumentation, high energy, goofy vocals and lyrics, I was humming this almost everyday as a kid. The source material is fairly simple, but there is so much that can be done with it! I look forward to hearing all of your beautiful voices!"

After uploading, please check if your song plays and can be downloaded and played without problems. Only upload MP3 Files.
It is not necessary to use ThaSauce. You can upload the song anywhere you want, but I must have a download link. So if you use SoundCloud, don't forget to allow downloads, otherwise your song does not count as an entry or bonus mix. I will still use ThaSauce as a possible place to submit songs and upload all the songs to the ThaSauce page to have the songs at one central place.

Repeated attempts flopping drove me to desperation and simple synths. The product reminded me of SHMUP tracks, so I threw in some SFX from The Guardian Legend, one of my old favorite SHMUPs. I like at least a few things I did.

*Epic robot engine noises*
"N-Nani?! Impactu Doriftu?!?"
I kinda just wanted that to be the only description of this. I tried putting a eurobeat twist on the song. Sadly, I don't know any Italian singers to perform this, so we got an instrumental cover XD. I also tried transcribing the Impact victory jingle from the game for the end of the song, thought it'd be a neat way to conclude it.
Aside from the goofy nature of the piece, i was really struggling to make something out of it. Maybe it's the instrumentation or just how overt the voice is lol, but despite it being a lovely tune i couldn't really get anything major out of it, and for a while i really was struggling.
In the end i figured i'd do another Sega Genesis remix. I mean after thinking long and hard, this was probably the one idea that would actually work out in the long run. I was expecting this to bee a nice rock/pop tune, turns out to be almost a full orchestra, especially in the MIDI, however in the end i think it worked out ok.
All FM sounds were created on VOPM keeping in line with the theme of Sega Genesis/Mega Drive. I essentially have a custom created sound bank based on GM that i go to, for all my instruments.
Drums come from real Genesis games. This is not a 1-1 cover, so it's not squeezed into 6 channels, because otherwise a lot of important details would be missed, so it's not really doable.
All in all i hope you like it!
Only analog guitar, bass, drums and vox in this one! I never claimed to be a good singer! Not as polished as I would like, however I just made it in one sitting tonight!
