I sped up the tempo and used strings, drums, guitar, and bass. My initial thoughts were strings and drums, and I had the style of "Blinded by Light" kind of in the back of my mind when making this.

I don't know if there's enough/any of the source in my 'remix.' --so my goal for next time is to just really take time to get familiar with the source.

I wasn't familiar with the source track, and I had a hard time coming up with ideas. This is probably apparent because I basically only remixed the first 2 phrases, and repeated the 2nd phrase many times. I wasn't thinking of FF8 Breezy at all when working on this, but that's what it reminds me of.

It didn't come out exactly as I heard it in my head, but then again it kind of never does.
