(Bonus Entry) A Bloody Mess We Made - The title implies that things are messy, but really this is a pretty bit of music. It has some what I'd call over the top comical parts to it, but that is really just the sound choices in conjunction with the chords. The kick is lacking a bit of a solid transient. I mean its there and such, but it does get buried. Just a smidgen of that EQ would probably sort it.
(Bonus Entry) Fateful Trajectory - Solid SFX in the beginning. Okay, big strings not what I was expecting here. Now that transition to that arping bass. Not expected. Honestly, this is just a really interesting take on the source. It is done in an almost entirely different style, and I can definitely tell what you were going for. I think you succeeded on that.
Straight Left - Ahhhh good ol' 80s toms. Love 'em. The low bit depth sounds work so well here too. The transition into the first chorus is solid and a great change up. The lead here though is perhaps a bit uninspired and it is kind of naked in the context of everything else. Overall a fun interpretation of the source with solid instrumentation and sound choices.
Bloodrush Highway (Blood Drain) - MIDI guitar? Okay. You know that is kind of the thing here. While I like what you did here, the sound choices are not what I'd expect. I would have almost liked to hear this in a 9-bit or 8-bit style with these sound choices. I think that would elevate this up quite a bit. Fun little track though.

APZX - Enjoyed the style and built-up of this song. At the last part the song could have used a bit more energy, like in the beginning.
OneUp - Good to see you back. Slowing it down paid off, nice job.
Souperion - It's a fun mix, strange at some points, but still nice.
Souperion Bonus - Dark intro, keeping this flow during the whole song.
Wassup Thunder Bonus - There's a nice variation in styles through the song what I liked.

Ok after listening, i think OneUp should get the win. From the top yes?
APZX - You really seem to have your electronic style established, every time i listen to you. It's great. I love the high energy stylings here, super into the bass and lead synths, perfect for a rave. I can't tell if you've remixed one, the other or both, but what i'm hearing lovely. Great transition in to the build-up, then the drop. Loved that high-energy slide into it. Main melody is super strong and fire, really goes all out in some kind of triumph. Second half might be the Mega Man, i can't tell, but it sounds like a great switchup. Loving the breakbeat usage here, whole idea is lovely. The 2 main critiques i have, if i were to give some, is that one i don't like the snare. I feel like a better snare sound, could really accelerate the drums a bit, make it more dancey. Some fills are also a bit on the intense side, and the build-ups were a bit too on the high energy side, whereas i feel this could be broken up, into a more dynamic piece. Ending was more of a sudden fadeout, than a supposed finish. Loved the whole thing though, lovely electronic stuff, great melodies, super nice mix. Enough for you to get 2nd place. Well done!
Wassup Thunder - Interesting tempo fluctuations. I feel like it's either a part of the MIDI, or the Tempo. Big Eurobeat and rock vibes here. Sick drums, loving the untz on the kick. The guitar melody is lovely as always. Very high-intensity, interesting way to bring the orchestral vibes with the electronic/rock. Loving the string work here a lot. It's very high-energy, and parts of that...well maybe a lot, can get a bit tiring. I do love fast and brutal stuff, but sometimes i need a bit of a break now and again, because it can get a bit hard on the ears. Chords were awesome, but that might be the original, the harmony is amazing here. The whole for me, really just needs a breakdown, to avoid it getting too consistent. It's a tad bit loud as well, but i think it's more of the genre, and unlike your MnP free round submission, it's not as overdone here (Even if it's a bit loud). Really though, you've done an amazing job here, lovely sounds, great melodies, solid arrangement, well done!
Souperion - So you did a bonus entry, and a remix. I assume one is of your pick, and one is of the other person's pick. Great string work here, really sets it out for a cinematic approach. The drums are huge, and lovely for this style. Amazing atmosphere, perfect for a chilly action movie. I can feel the cold winters in this one. The transition into the synth parts, were also lovely (Despite it sadly being a bit sudden and loud). I love the strings in this one, really makes for an action packed remix. I can't really find anything else to critique, because i like this mix in this one a lot. Maybe it's a bit too busy, and could do with some dynamics, but really that's it, (Oh and the transition FX). It's very cinematic, works super well for an action movie, and i love the way it flows. It's just seriously a good arrangement. Well done!
OneUp - Interesting approach to go full Synthwave. Honestly after listening, i feel it could work well. The synths are juicy as hell, and the tom fills were on brand for synthwave. Kick and snare is lovely, beautifully compressed. I'm super into the synths and melodies, perfect switchup from the original, without losing the original melody. The lead synth, is amazing, perfect developments on that. Really digging these grooves a lot, super fire! The one thing i will say, that sticks out that i consider a form of critique, is the drums. No, it's not the drums themselves, but rather i hear a lot of unnescary percussion in there, that clogs up what i feel should be a simple kick, snare and hi-hat. The drums are still lovely though. I also feel like critiquing the consistent bassline, in hopes for a breakdown or a pause, however i feel i can't always say that, because not all genres have breakdowns, so that is more nitpicky to me personally. The synth sounds, the melody and the beats are seriously fire though. Honestly the whole host of lovely stuff was enough for you win, well done!
Souperion (Again?) - Good you managed to get this in, or at least bundeslang did. Really liking how you've managed to convert all the sounds, into what sounds like a Mega Man soundfont. Oh it's in the description lol. Now i don't know how to react to this, because it feels like you've converted all instruments into MMX sounds, so it feels closer to a MIDI rip than a fully fleshed out piece of music. I mean, what i've heard is nice, but it feels more like an idea, than a approach to mixing. Not trying to dismiss this, but rather i feel this is a conversion. Also in a more minor sense, the mix could do with a bit of work, in terms of pushing the drums to the front and the guitars a bit to the back. In all honesty, i prefer your first remix to this one. This should have been the bonus, and the other one, you could have added elements of this into the other one, as to avoid it from legally being a bonus. I mean taste is personal, so other people might enjoy it, and i did enjoy this a lot, i won't say it's bad, it's good. I think at the end of the day, your first remix would be my preference. Still like this one a lot. Well done!

APZX:
Really good style on this remix, I love the dynamics as it flowed between build ups and drops. The Dancey genre energy is a fresh take on this one! Great variations on the source, great soundscape. Very good work!
OneUp:
Nice Synthwave adaption! You translated the elements into the new style wonderfully. I really enjoyed the variations you added. Nice transitions and sfxs kept the arrangement fresh and flowing. Nice work!
Souperion:
Bloodrush Highway: Dang this puts me in the mood to boot up Megaman X and shoot some fire lemons. It sounds almost perfect to fit into the OST. Love me those chugga guitars. Some great melodic variations too. And you really killed it with that X warp-in SFX! Nice work!
Fateful Trajectory: Great, cinematic approach, the whole piece quivers with tension and mounting energy. The cannon firing sfx is freaking great. Really enjoyed the contrast of the organic elements on a synthetic bassline. Beautifully dramatic piece!
