DDRKirby for just the wide palette of sounds from rains to bass grooves. Great evolution, especially as we get into the 4-4 section.
coloradoweeks for the really sweet lyrics delivery and all
cotmm for that dark ambient feel, I kind of needed that.

very difficult to pick top 3. gut feelings. ddrkirby, colorado, atmospherium, misael.k, obscene all tied for third. i had to pick one.
ranked order:
ethansight - it builds into a pleasant song, the flute did it though.
arcana - music is simple, but combo with lyrics has some good catchy moments. i gave it the nod.
ddrkirby -
coloradoweeks -
atmospherium - cool drums, delay effect is cool. overused imo. need solo.
misael.k - probably shoud have put this higher. tough choices.
obscene - good nostaligic vibe. needs drums.
koekepan -
cotmm -
darkshadow - came close to persuading me to put this one in top 3. reminded me of sega genesis.
nickc -
theoryofn - intro is neat. nice progression. chords are different.

I've replied to all the comments on Discord, so this section is irrelevant. On to the voting!
TheVideoGamer - Unfortunately i has missed it by one second or something, which kind of sucks....big time, so i had no choice but to submit it at the end of the party, which i did. I think i might have gotten too caught up on making the melody lines, which to be fair are very dynamic in this. I was trying to do a kind of slow building track, where you keep to mostly 1-2 chords, but have a lot of changes in the melody and or the background harmonies. The drums itself was meant to be a bit more on the live side, mimicking a real drum kit, and the overall background elements were meant to be more representative of something laid back. The overall background elements, if you asses it by piano riff, chord and "counter-melody" is just one bar looped, with a full on chord change happening around 1:40 in. So definately not a dynamically varied piece at all. Overall, i like this, especially with the work been put into it. If i had more time, i could have finished it at 6 minutes, and if i was weary of the time, i could have submitted it to the deadline. Oh well, i'm glad a fair few took the time to listen to it, and not just one or two, so that was nice. Thanks all!
cotmm68030 - No 6 minutes this week? Are you feeling ok man lol. To be fair, i barely even managed to submit, not doing well at all myself lol. This is some lovely sound design we have going on here, lots of cool chords here it does not feel like a CotMM track at all, but yet it is. I love the light arp work here, it's very chill, but has a lot of intricate textures. I love how gradual it builds up, giving you new stuff at every turn. If i have to be blunt, i preferred the last track you did for round 759, as that one was more peaceful, and felt fitting to the theme. But this is still pretty great, the sound design is top notch. I think this is just more of a stylistic change if anything. Still love this one though, hell it's got voting potential, awesome work!
Koekepan - And i thought you were starting to get into some comfortable 6 minute entries. I guess not. My entry wasn't even 6 minutes, i don't know what happened in this round lol. This is even more peaceful than CotMM, to the point where it's pretty happy. I'm all for major stuff though, if anything i kind of prefer it, because it's not always utilized as much, at least not in the way i am expecting. This is some really lovely swell pads here, and some really great chimes. It feels like were floating on a cloud somewhere, even though the theme is of an umbrella in rain. Even if the chords are not fancy, it still manages to keep me relaxed throughout. Really lovely stuff this, definately voting worthy, awesome work!
JH Sounds - Plinky pianos! Lots of cool raindrop effects, the prime example taking the theme seriously. Not sure if this was actually played live, because it sounds fairly technical. It doesn't sound like you're just playing random keys, there is a bit of method to what you're doing. It's very cool in terms of representation, but i feel like it's a bit....lacking. I feel like you could have added some chords, some key changes, at the moment it sounds like you're recreating sound effects on a piano. Maybe i'm just feeling the variation a bit, i don't know. It's not so much repetitive, just perhaps goes on a little. Still definately though a lot of fun, good job!
DDRKirby(ISQ) - Arps are all the rage for this theme, very representative. This has some really great melodic work though, and that reverb is very strong, it's almost a pad in itself. Great effects, really sounds lovely with the rain, and then the arp. The reverb is probably a little too excessive if you want my opinion, but i get what you're going for, so it's not a major detail. I mean i would just keep this going to be honest it's lovely, but no you decide to introduce some percussion instead, which is just as awesome. To be fair it's still fairly chill, even with the addition of some beats. The melodies are just....beautiful. Not only is it a perfect representation of the theme, but it's just....wonderful and catchy. So wonderful i picked you for the 2nd spot, man you guys are killing it this week! Incredible work!
DarkShadow - More arps! This is arp week according to you. This is some interesting light percussion, not what i usually expect from DarkShadow, but then the beat comes in, and were back to form. This is a bit more spacious from you, which is not what is normally from you. The chordal craziness is there though, don't think DarkShadow has gone full on consonant on us yet. The idea is definately interesting, even if the melodies are a bit....weird to put it nicely. Ton of fun, good job!
Greendjssa - Music box plinks! This is very emotional, despite being on the same chord. It's also surprisingly microtonal, but i don't know if this was done on purpose. The piano is gorgeous wow, this is very cute. It's a crime that this is only 56 seconds, because it's way underdeveloped. The minute i got into it, the minute you ended it. Why you stop man, i want more. If it was longer this would definately be voted on. Awesome work!
TheoryOfN - Another 56 second track, wow these are some shot ones this week. Ok i feel this is a continuation of Greendjssa's track a bit. Minus the playful nature, because this is more of a lo-fi hip hop jam. The chords were quite spicey, i loved how you went into a full different key at the end of the chord progression, that was really something. Again the track was all going super nicely, really getting into it, and then you end it. I definately feel this could easily be developed into something super nice. But honestly, i really don't think that any enjoyment was lost in this, because damn those 56 seconds were just soo nice. Both you and Greendjssa have a rare case of absolutely utilizing those 56 seconds extremely well. This was absolutely fire, well done!
BJKMenu - Country inspired ooo. Even have that Southern US voice too, maybe Johnny Cash inspired? Really loving that guitar work, the chords are really great! Loving the fills, and the bass work. The vocals can take me out in parts, there some kind of dynamic shift, or timing shift, that might have been some kind of sneaky and deliberate mistake. Especially when you said "I can't go that high". I don't know what it is, but it was unusual, and not terrible. Still loved this regardless, the guitar work was just extremely strong. A lot of fun, quite catchy, well done!
Lyra_183 - Welcome back! It's been a while. Not used to seeing you this late in compo lol, usually you become the first entry. Still though, it doesn't matter who's first, as long as you get a chance to enter. Wonder who is coughing there, is he/she ok? Lots of really cool melodies, great tones! Perhaps turn down some of the distortion on the microphone here, it can be a bit much, but i really enjoyed this, great to see you return. Good job!
Misael.K - Ahh that signature Misael.K electric piano sound. Really loving those lo-fi disco like beats, we are blending that Synthwave with that funk. Those pads in the back were just very lovely, and really adds something to the track. Definately into the synth work a lot, it's very space like. The melody is not a powerful one, but it just adds something to this track. I really love how you keep on building the track, by adding something else in, but you keep the chords relatively the same. It's a lovely way to add interest, without any of the boring stuff. The chord changes in the 2nd half was just insane, i loved that. This was just lovely, wonderful track, so wonderful i decided to put you third (And that was after a lot of delegating) Amazing work!
obScene - Wow everyone went for the raindrop effect, i feel bad i didn't add it in mine. This is very cute, maybe not as cute as DDR's, but very close. I love that bitcrushed effect, it really makes for a bit of a light but unusual feel. The chords are amazing, which is not surprising as you can do harmony very very well. I don't know if the square lead takes me out of it, but it didn't destroy the track, it was just very different. Still though, the rest makes up for it, you are known for some seriously cool chords! The harmonies here are just so god damn playful, it really puts a smile on my fast. Holy hell, this might already be the contender for the top spot, this is absolutely beautiful, might be the best obScene entry so far, wooow. In fact, it was soo beautiful, and warm i've decided to put you on the top spot! Incredible work!
NickC - More rain! This is some very sweet piano chops, really nice and melancholic. Loving how it also sounds a bit lo-fi, and a little emotional. Melodies are really nice! Great chord changes too, some parts are kind of happy. Honestly not much else to say, it's just mostly a solo piano piece. This is just lovely stuff, awesome work!
Coloradoweeks - Woah cool chords! This is some very nice changes! The drum work is super fire and funky, and the piano and string combo just works wonders. Vocal work is amazing as always, you sing just soo well! I absolutely love it. Damn so many amazing entries this week, it's hard to find 3 good ones for the last wow. It's almost 5-6 chords looped, but it's such a good progression i can never get tired of it. I am so upset i cannot put this on the list, it's soo good. But i have to pick three, and that means removing other amazing entries as well. If there was a 4th place this would be it. Awesome work!
Atmospherium - These are some very thick guitar licks. It's processed in a way that sounds quite electronic sounding. Also kind of mellow and happy. Really goes super well with that beat, it's kind of interesting, because it sounds like it's meant for something industrial, but the melodies are quite....chill almost. It's definately a unique beat, it's quite pretty, and despite it being very guitar heavy, there's so many changes it's just lovely. I loved this one a lot, awesome work!
Arcana - Nice FM sounds, it's got that video game vibe. Singing is really great here, it's got that lovely tone, and a great melodic lines. The chords in the 2nd half is radically in a different key, to the point where it could be almost out of key. Not sure if i like the fake VGM piano sound, that is reminiscent of a FM synth, it feels a bit too...out. The chords in the 2nd section do clash with the vocals, but this is just me. Honestly there's so much potential here, i do like it a lot it's a lot of fun. Good job!
Ethansight - Nice blips and bloops here, almost setting us up for that classic Ethan chord progression. Love how you slowly fade all the instruments in, making for this buildup into this dynamic texture. That Ethansight progression is just always a classic, you can't go wrong with it. The drums are soo funky, loving the swing on them. Great developments, and that melody is so tight. Loved this one a lot, awesome work!
