Because 0x25ec didn't submit the source yet and I don't have time to start the new PRC in the coming days if I don't start the new round now I decided to use this source. 0x25ec can still submit his source, I'll use it for one of the later PRC's (probably PRC236).
Normally I pick the source in this situation, but this time the source is submitted by Hoboka, he sended two suggestions for PRC230 because he wasn't sure the first suggestion was allowed. The Command & Conquer - Mechanical Man source was used for that round. The second suggestion will be used now.
"Imo, this is the strongest and most emotive track of the impressive OST for this underrated game. Shouldn't be too difficult to work with; although it's somewhat douchie of me to ask, but I request that the remixers try to keep the sad atmosphere in this if they want my vote"

The winner may select the source for PRC235, because PRC234 will be a traditional anniversary edition.

Went for a relatively conservative approach as I wanted to capture the original feel as much as I could, but the final segment is something else. Darker perhaps. Kinda scared me a bit =p

As soon as I heard the source material I thought it would work great with a Spaghetti Western type feel. The whole game has a real sense of being so lonely and yet the strength that can come from a single person. Enjoy!

Considering I ended up having 12 minutes to do the takes, I'm happy I could squeeze the vocals together. There's still lots to do better when I rework this for OCR (sorry especially for the out-of-tune bits..)

This source was great fun to work with. It only occurred to me after I had finished that this is the first time I've done a proper slow song, I might have to try my hand at it again in future.

I found a nice raggae groove but hadn't any ideas or time to elaborate, so this is probably the most boring one I've participated with.
