Wassup Thunder - Much is happening in this song, and it all works together.

TheVideoGamer - Fun simple mix, hopefully you can work this idea out some day.

Hleet - Liked the stuff what's there, the genre fits the source very well.

Souperion - Slowing it down works well, nice unexpected take on this source.

Flammenkanone

@Wassup Thunder : congrats for getting to this length of remix.

I like how the song finds it own genre with some reconizable samples (I hear some eurobeats I guess at the beginning). And then goes from one genre to another. It's a nice remix, good work !

@TVG : Okay :) Hey we almost had the same time length for our both remix ! haha XD

I would only comment on the drum part : it's a bit too repetitive.

Maybe you could have used the original midi drum source of the game as it is already very good/fantastic by default.

Anyway, nice that you have posted something.

BONUS ENTRY: Glacial Decommission

@Souperion : It's interesting to hear this source in another context with a slower bpm.

Note : the bell (or triangle) is a bit annoyingly too loud in the middle of the remix.

Hleet: This one hot remaster, you even got very similar guitar flanging on those long notes in part B, just like the original. The synth brass for the second verse was great, too. Well done indeed.

Wassup T.: Indeed, everything I'd expect. Very nice new innovations, enjoyed the brass for this source. Continued variation keeps things moving and fresh, nice epic and fairly dramatic vibe overall. And that little drum solo. Nice work!

TVG: Even for a rush job, you sure deliver. It feels so authentic and lively. Like I'm piloting a little SHMUP ship through a molten factory.

Hleet: I am loving the guitar-centric rockin' composition. Love the chugs, if you will. A very appropriate style for Megaman X music too. The synth brass was a great way to shake up the next verse. Chugga chugga forever.

TheVideoGamer: A rushed entry beats no entry! This makes me nostalgic for sega genises days, despite the fact I never owned one. It sure sounds like it's fit right into the genises' system requirements too.

Souperion:

Fantastic vision for this! I remember playing the stage frozen over as a kid, mainly cause the level was so much easier. I love the cold soundscape and slight mourning vibe. The fire fades.... Gorgeous piano work accompanied by strings. Well done.
