I think I have the same issue here as I do with Hoboka. The synth is ecquisite but I would love to see what it does and how to work it into things. SUper fitting of the source too but I wish you took it and helped give the source some new life. I do agree though, that midi is fire. I just wanted to let it do its own work and shine. I hope you use this synth in future projects and give us more of what it can do!
Hoboka
This felt like a test bench for a big BIGG synth haha. I like this synth you are using and I wanna play with the synth myself haha. I think it really fit the song and what it is capable of. I just wish you gave it a chance to give some new life to the song via arrangement! I think you could do so much with it. That being said, I still think its a wonderful choice of a synth for the song. Good eye!
Souperion
O____O this is kinda scary! I get scared easily though haha. I think you did a real job of not leaving the main motif. I really admire that you went atmospheric and dark but somehow were able to cling onto the main motif with an iron uhh CLAW lol. This is both scary and lovely. Man I admire what you did here. I think it does doddle on a bit in the middle and deserves some more surprise or powerful elements here and there but im nitpicking. Good!
Wassup
I was curious about the second half of this song and where it was gonna go. Anticipated you'd add some more elements here and there to go with your presentation of the source. I think you did good adding to it without subtracting from the original. I like a lot of the effects and synths you use too. It really keeps this song in its PS1 element but somehow also giving it some new shine. I think the arrangement could have used some more variety and mixing up like you did at the end there. Still, I enjoyed wondering where all the different elements were gonna come from. Good job!

Ok so we are chillin for sure. Not so sure if its lo-fi? Kinda gives me a 90s kinda vibe hip hop wise? Like late 90s with a bit of underground and aw bit of neo-soul too beat wise. Not sure where I'm getting that vibe from but its just the rhythm and the type of drum kit being used. The other effects are certainly not in that sphere. Honestly, I came out wondering what a neo soul CLAW would be like lol. I like how you eventually switched up the melody towards the end. Gave me something to vibe with. Eventually though I did wonder if the drum was a bit off? Maybe it needed some quantisizing? Oh that first choir hit was very lovely. The next bits sounded a bit more synthetic but that first chord with the choir was simply dreamy. Overall, good job taking a light source and giving it new life! Very cool rendition.

HarlemHeat360 - Welp. I lost this round. I quit remixing. JK hahahaha
Wow, this is quite the adaptive remix here. Took a while to get into the source material, but it works very well. The gregorian and other church style choirs are amazing work and the soundscape is both ominous and suspicious, just like the source...it's like a movie or anime haha. I wasn't expecting something THIS impressive lmfao, but 'There's Something in The Church" blew me away!
Souperion - Super creepy and awesome soundscape you made here. Reminds me of Breath of Fire 1's Save Room a touch lol. The instrument choices and atmospheric FX are spot on too. Cute outtro lol.
Wassup Thunder - Feels more like a Doom 2 remix hahaha. Really cool soundscape and E-Guitar work. Nice industrial percussion too. Feels kinda like an approach that the western Silent Hill dev teams would've done if remixing this theme. The E-guitars kinda took me out of the Silent Hill mood though. At least for this particular theme. Silent Hill 2 and 3 lends themselves better to E-guitar stuff I guess. But it isn't impossible to pull off in SH1. In fact you might even win this round, who knows. Nice work!
hleet - Your remix focuses more on the mysterious than the spooky aspect, which is what the source intended I think. Really love that rolling shaker thingy and that kinda whale-sound ambient pad. Nice mystery keys too. But I think this JUST barely lost out to Wassup Thunder's take for me. Nice work still!
TVG - That's some pretty creepy Low-Fi adaptation there. Though I'm not sure if this is quite Low-Fi style, feels a bit more Hip Hop and Drum n Bass.

1) There's something in the Church (HarlemHeat360) : that's a beautiful sound of cello there.
The dynamic of every sound is well played.
It's another universe that you transport us, that's WOW !!!!
I like how some sound goes left to right speaker, it gives life to the remix.
2) Crawling Sensation (Souperion) : It's good !
I didn't play much this game (silent hill) but I can picture this version inside this game genre.
Well done !
3) Twin Clawed Finger Peaks (Hoboka) : yup spooky :)
The main melody is a bit too loud, I can't hear correctly the other stuff that goes in the background.
Claw Up Your Spine (Wassup Thunder) : It's interesting but I'm not very fond of the electric guitar sound...sometimes I can hear some clipping effect.
Lo-Fi Chilly Beats to Scare People To (TheVideoGamer) : it's a long one lol !
With the percussions maybe it could fit inside a jurrassic park game haha :)

I apologise if this is rushed, i won't be able to vote tomorrow, so i had to rush this in today, i'm sorry. Hope you guys are ok with this!
Ok i don't have time to write down my usual paragraphs, so i'll just summarize with 2 sentences. Detailed thoughts will be on the PRC page. Sorry.
Hleet - The synth choices are super vibrant! Really digging the LFO filter action here, pretty great. Personally would love more variation, you seem to have looped it to the end. Really nice though!
Souperion - Very atmospheric, loving the orchestral flourishes. Keeps it synthy, but adds a layer of natural horror like aesthetics to the party. Dynamics are great, whole thing was tense, loved it. Maybe a bit of polish here and there, but besides that, well done!
Wassup Thunder - Loving the rock drums and metal guitars. Great stylistic shift in the sound. Guitar work feels a little too random, but yet i love the timbres it brings. Drums are catchy, not to in your face, fits the mood and style. Guitar work wasn't my vibe, felt too intense, maybe focus more on synths and strings, make it more moody. Lovely work though!
HoboKa - Synth work was fire, felt very 80's inspired. Loving the textures it brings, it's awesome. Personally i would make it longer, add a little more pad sounds, and less bass tones, and just really go all out on the spookiness, but besides that, lovely work!
HarlemHeat360 - You turned this simple piece into a full on horror orchestral adventure, dam. The violins were amazing, and the piano had amazing phrasing. Awesome vocal work. Love how you bridge the source together in the second half. Despite it sounding amazing, you did try a little too hard in the originality. I would have just stripped it back a little, keep it more simple. Still though, it was awesome stuff, well done!

This compo was a horrific asmr trip, and I loved it.
hleet:
The crystalline synths were an excellent choice for the lead, with great delay on them. The descending sfx are immensely satisfying. I love the addition of those fading in and out sweeps. Gives me a really good spooky mine feel or something similar. Great work!
hoboka:
the ambient background is killer. The key lead is delightfully piercing, like constant jabs into your psyche that something is horrifically wrong. The almost industrial ambient pads are gorgeous. Its so wonderfully spoopy. I think an extended mix would be wonderful!
Souperion:
It sounds like distant footsteps and rumblings from monstrous beings. The atmosphere is majestic, a lot of the instruments have such a distant vibe. And vibrato strings for the win. Your variations added touches of beauty to a twisted soundscape, those new chords are bliss. And that build up near the end, freaking great!
theVideoGamer:
Hekking yes, a lo-fi chill beat adaption is genius. I think the beat and other additions contributed very well, the original flow held up. The choir chords addded another great stabilizing factor, while the sfx and original melody retained the original's slightly unhinged vibe. 10/10, would break my mind again. Killer outro too.
HarlemHeat360:
Oh yes, I was looking forward to your choral work on this one! That low cello... reminded me of elements I love from the Bloodborne ost. Each instrument seems to vie for attention when none of them belong, nailing that discomfitting horror you were aiming for. I thought it was a cool style to use the source as an undertone, supporting your additions to let them waver, dance, and shudder across the auditory stage to enthrall and repulse. Your freaking choirs gave me chills. I think you really nailed your vision on this one, fantastic work!

hleet: I like the bell-like synths, gives it a rather pensive vibe rather than frightful. And the percussion elements give me the impression of a clock's ticking, lending plenty of tension. Nicely done.
HoboKa: You're in your element here, and it shows. The harsh, almost metallic strikes are offset by the haunting drones and pads. Good work!
Wassup T.: I rather liked the filtering on the perc and guitar. It sounds a bit muted, but I enjoyed how your work embellished the atmospheric source.
TVG: Dang, it works. It just works. It'd be so easy to get lost in the smooth beats and eerily gentle pads.
HarlemHeat: Frightful write up, and I'd say you hit it on the head. Chilling and haunting, the piece takes its time to get its message across. Stellar effects, I'd say. Fairly sparse use of the source, but those choirs make me envious. Very good work.

Hleet - There's not much in this song but I like what's there.
HoboKa - Also not the longest song ever, but I like this spooky style.
Souperion - The strings are doing a great job, nice orchestral work.
Wassup Thunder - Good drumwork, also the guitar is working nicely.
Harlem Heat - Much stuff in this one, great vocals
TheVideoGamer - The beat is doing well, liked the approach.
