This is my first attempt (cannot vote for myself) and hope someone will get enjoyment from it as I did in doing this remix. Look forward to the next one. PlanarianHugger shows their experience really well with a good range of synths and beats - personally, I have a long way to go. We all have to start somewhere but happy what I produced on an iPad using more synths than full orchestral arrangements.

YorkshireLakeside - Catching intro, the build-up is interesting but also confusing (a bit slow) at some points. I think that a shorter entry would have worked better but there's a lot of good stuff in the song and it has lots of potential.
PlanarianHugger - Good introduction with the drums, very well balanced. The samples are a nice combination, ending could be better but the style works good.

Interesting to see a new participant, welcome on board. It seems to me like this is tough, as i will say PlanarianHugger has upped his game, probably the cleanest and well produced mix in years, but at the same time, YorkshireLakeside delivers some top quality orchestration. So very close, but YorkshireLakeside is the winner for me.

YorkshireLakeside - Great synth sounds, and definitely some great orchestra drums, mixed for that impact. I also liked how you didn't just devote your time to the orchestra, as you had a good pallet of synthesizers used to give colour to the arrangement. All in all, it seems like you have learnt the art of orchestration well. Although the orchestra is good, the highlight is the bass and synths, as they lock in nicely and create a futuristic atmosphere. Still not without it's flaws. Some parts got a bit loud in the mix. Also the strings for me felt, a little too artificial. I was missing the natural reverb that some have. The last real flaw was the mix. One minute it's a little loud, next minute it's more into the mix, but that to be honest is a little minor flaw. All in all, ignoring the flaws, this is a really well orchestrated and produced! Good Job for your first PRC remix.

PlanrianHugger - Out of all the remixes I've heard from you, this is the most cleanest in a long time. Some parts got a little bit close to the threshold, but it wasn't anything in your face or something like that, and the lead synth was the only aspect that got a little bit. Praise be where praise is due, as the drums and bass were on sync, in the mix. They were punchy, and the bass locked into the beat for extra weight. Beside the lead synth being slightly loud, the only other flaw i have is it's a little on the repetitive side. For a full 5 minutes, excluding the small pause and the intro plus ending, is a bassline, a beat, and a never ending synth arp. It's great don't get me wrong, but that is a bit much for the set up, and as a result there isn't really much in terms of breaks. Still though, do not let that get you down, this is the best mix from you, in a long time, which is quite a compliment. Good Job!
