Trism - in Spite of being unfinished I really dig this one. Making an orchestrated mix was a perfect idea for this track IMO and in spite of not being finished it sounds very well even lacking more percussion. I think it might be better without more percussion (Not everything needs lots of percussion IMO) as far as the levels, it's not too bad, I have definitely heard much worse mixing.

GrapplingHook - I hear a lot of good ideas in here but I am not sure about that synth guitar. I wish some other synth had been chosen.


evktalo - My main issues with this one is that it is short and doesn't feel like it goes anywhere in my opinion. I feel like I am just getting a small preview of a much longer song. I think this could have benefited from at least another 30-40 seconds.

gercr - I like the concept but those transitions just seem unnatural to me. They don't flow very well in my opinion. It sounds more like two different tracks. Good ideas just try to get those transitions sounding more natural. Also at 1:27 that note could have been utilized for a killer sound on top of the lone bassline but by itself sounds out of place. Same with the one at 1:49. I like how you think outside of the box though, keep that up.

1- Freaking Awesome bass lines and sound, what is that, a vsti or a bass? too bad is a short tune, sounds great

2- Sounds nice, great strings sound and arrangement

3- Nice guitar sound, a little dirty but it has a raw feel really interesting

Gercr had a unique take I wound up liking.

Trism was on a great trajectory but didn't get all the way there.

Evktalo had a cool sound.

I'm a bit sad I couldn't vote for Xsquader, because that bonus was great.

Evktalo - This song has potential, I would like to see the finished version.
Gercr - This is weird indeed. I like the built up of this song, the second part is great. The synths are doing well. It misses an ending.
GrapplingHook - I like the way how you used the source. You managed to get two instruments leading at several parts, which I like a lot. Nice instruments and good end.
Trism - This is a relaxing song, I like how you slowed the source.
Xsquader - I like that main synth and the drums a lot. They all work very good with each other.
