MindWanderer - Very nice choice to use classical, it worked great. I like the part around 1:20, the background `vocal' fits well in that section. The song sounds very complete.

0x25ec - The lead in the first section is a little too dominant, but it is working better in the next part of the song. The section starting at 0:50 is a little too long, it continues the same almost to the end, shortening that section could have been a solution. The ending is good.

Very good to see two newcomers in the competition. I can only vote one first, but I hope to hear more from both of you in the upcoming rounds and next season of PRC.

It may not have much in the way of arrangement, and it's a little monotonous, but it has a good beat and a good soundscape. It's a nice sort of trace-y thing.

1st - MindWanderer got some nifty arranges here which I like, but I couldn't quite get it what is the voice saying

2nd - 0x25ec has good electroish sounds and fxs, but I think the leadish pluck/fm sound could've been a bit different

Gatekeeper Mountain: I though the overall structure was fairly good. The short source was worked into a longer piece successfully. Lots of distinct parts and instrument changes - maybe even a little disconnected, but ultimately it sounded like the same piece throughout. The vocoder part in the middle was quite a surprise, but for me it worked all right.

There are a few dissonant notes here and there. The sequencing is also quite mechanical.

Sadowugatu: I liked the sound/style, especially the percussion. The length is good and I like how the source was applied into 4/4 electronica.

The piece doesn't flow as good as it could - working a bit on this aspect would have improved it a lot I thought. Changing from part to part seemed quite sudden, and could've used a smoother transition. Some of the synths were constantly playing which made much of the piece feel samey throughout. They could have sometimes taken a break. I thought the intro and outro flowed all right and brought a dose of dynamics to the piece. I also think there was some dissonance in this piece too.

It was fun to hear two such different takes of the source, and pretty good ones too. I picked Gatekeeper Mountain first because of the better structure and flow, but I enjoyed both.
