OneUp - The song has a nice build-up, good samples, is variating and sounds very complete except the end.
EDIT:
HoboKa voted too. His comments (scores are updated, the vote of Chickenwarlord is not counted twice to do)
Yeah...I'm locked out of my account at thasauce for the meantime, cuz of the password/e-mail issues, so I will submit my votes via PM =p
1) Chillin' with the Dragons by *Garpocalypse*
2) Oh Yeah Yeah! by OneUp
Reasons:
This was a very difficult vote for me: OneUp's production was better and the vocoded voices were cool, but I preferred Garpocalypse's interpretation just a little bit more; both tracks are awesome in their own unique ways. And good effort all around :D

Solid work here.
Garpocalypse: A lot of things in this mix have that 'distant echo' reverb on them, giving this a sort of a wet room feel. The shaker based groove that comes is nice. The atmosphere is nice. 1:29-1:40 sounded like it really wanted to be the intro to a more overtly rocking section.
The thing with this mix is that neither bass nor melody wanted to take the reins in the forefront of the mix. It's nice, but it didn't grab me as much as OneUp's.

It was a difficult decision but OneUp's entry is the One that is, er, Up for me. Out of the two entries this is one that made me want to get down and groove the most. The vocoder parts came out really well too.
2nd - Garpocalypse
Interesting that you called the track Chillin' with the dragons as it reminded me of certain ice levels in certain 16-bit games about speedy hedgehogs. Funky is definitely the best word to describe the track but it didn't have the 'get down boogie' vibe that OneUp's did. Still an excellent entry though.

Chilling' with the Dragons - cool live instrumentation. Nnnice mood. Very jammy, cool, atmospheric.
The bass is a little off rhythm around mid point. The lead synths are pretty plain/weak and quiet compared to the rest of the soundscape. The mix feels like there's a lack of presence in the middle. Some of the claps (in the intro) and finger clicks sound a little dry/exposed and too upfront in the mix. The mix generally sounds good, excellent "ambient" sounds throughout and the sound of the bass and the guitars are very enjoyable. Bit more work on the synth leads would probably have made this a more gripping piece, now it's more of a background groove. It's very good one though!
Oh Yeah Yeah! - Nice vocoder things! :D They definitely add to the piece. It's good that you foreshadow it in the beginning, even though they mainly come in in the latter half. They don't sound too sudden then. They really fill up the piece (I like the crowd atmospherics as well) and in comparison, the first half seems maybe a little lacking.. so maybe they should feature more in the first half too. As it is though, I enjoyed the piece a lot, it felt complete and well mixed. Good sounds well combined. Some of the synth sounds are maybe a little simple, but I think it works in such upbeat context.
Chillin' with the Dragons was more my kind of music, but in the end Oh Yeah Yeah! was more fully realized and equally enjoyable, so I put it in the first place. Nice round after all!
