Nice, 4 entries. The best PRC since 156 if I'm correct (PRC164 also had 4 songs). Great to see the extention work: 3 extra songs.
Chickenwarlord - Very relaxing entry. It's a very interesting take, but a little too short.
Evktalo - Good start. I like the samples. The built-up is very good, there's a nice beat. I especially like the part after 1:00.
Marcusg - The drums/kick is dominating the song too much. The other samples are good. There's enough variation in the song at the beginning, but that kick doesn't disappear. The end is too abrubt.
MVM - Nice strings. Really good introduction of the song. It's a little short, but a good start for making an Ocremix.

Nice work everybody.

MVM's orchestral sound is really nice, though I would have liked if it were longer. Then again, who am I to complain about length. Definitely the breadwinner of this bunch.

Evktalo: Little bit lazy on the arrangement side and everything else sounds okay. There's just nothing in this track that grabbed me.

Marcus: You seem going dubstep/DnB but there needs to be more fun stuff going on in the drum line for that to work well. Near the end I liked the melodic variations you had going, but the beat was a bit monotonous and overpowered the rest of the track. Still, a good start.

Good round, with each piece having its own strengths and different approach.

The great thing about Chickenwarlord's piano romp was that it combined the source tunes, and they worked well together. Otherwise it was obviously a plain piece, but I enjoyed hearing it in any case.

MVM's piece had a very filmtrack-esque sound to it. Very evocative, somber.. it was like the musical backdrop to the heart-wrenching finale where the Wing Lancer, full of laser burns and holes from missile shrapnel, drifts across space without a sign of life.. but not before finally defeating the invading space armada, which is exploding in the background. The most impressive piece sound-wise from the bunch, and a complete piece, if short. I'd like to hear some quieter parts and dynamics, so it's not a full-on BOOOM all the way, that way the BOOOM is much more effective. The bassy bits seem to distort a little.

Ultimately I liked marcusg's Wind Damage best. It used the melodies from the original interestingly. At first I didn't recognize them, but then I went back to the original and then re-listened, and they were obvious. Translating the theme to the new genre was pretty good. On the downside, there was little variation within the parts. The structure was good, even if it cut short. A promising demo I'd say.

Sorry I didn't understand how the bonus point worked.

Wing Damage bc it's a creative remix with cool sounds. I heard it before and after the re-work. Nice job!

Twin Glancer -- good remix of the source material I like the focus on a smaller portion of the source material, rather than the whole thing, (I think the original melody is really long). But I think could have experimented more with arrangement. Good job though!

3. Darkwinglancer -- Creative mash-up of the songs. You're right about the wonkiness though, and i'd love to hear more instruments. Nice ideas!
