Showroom Dummy - I like the string in the background . The incoming kick at 0:37 is good. Nice bassline. I'm not a fan from the 'thing' around 1:20 (and the end). I like the sampling around 1:50. The song is variating very good.
Ceal - There's a lot going wrong, but it sounds like that's not an accident. Very interesting take. At some points it doesn't sound nice. The kick is interesting (however it's not optimal quality), but the last 'new' thing in the song.
Joystick - This song is too far off from the source, you only used the ideas. Still, I let this one count. The song itself is really nice. I like the part around 0:50 and after that, it's amazing. The string around 2:11 is a bit too loud. The 'switch' to 2:17 is too abrupt.

Assimilate Me - I choose this first because I liked the approach taken. It is well mixed and the speech generator and vocoding was pretty cool.

Banana Bomb - I liked the upbeat feel on this one. However I thought that the intro went on a bit too long and could have done with the drums entering a little sooner. It sounded very good though for an 'unfinished' piece.

Just a remix - I can hear what you were trying to go for on this remix, however I think that perhaps the glitch sound was a bit overdone on this track. I think a little goes a long way in this case. A good effort non the less.

1. Very much liked the soundscape in this one. Kinda reminded me of a less-busy Mazedude remix in parts. I'm rubbish when it comes to telling if samples are good, let alone real, so it may be wise not to listen to me much ... I didn't care much for the drum clashy noises at 0:38. Too, eh, clangy? At 2:10, the high noise gets uncomfortably loud. But I've a major soft spot for guitar solos, and loved the end. XD And, the last way you could improve this remix, for me, is to put the trumpet melody of the original back in. It'd make an awesome remix /epic/. I wish this had been in the game during an action sequence.

2. Nice idea there! I only wish I could tell what the lyrics are, though. XD Piano intro was lovely. The swirly pads get a bit loud in the high end again - actually, that might be my new headphones ... I'll have to check them with some other songs with higher frequences. For some reason, during my second listen to this, I was struck with a certain sadness. Not as much as Just64helpin's vocoder track (the FF4 one ... made me cry) but still a nice emotion to get out of something like this. Good job!

3. Great. Now I want to play Tyrian again. Hee. Nice'n'short, and amusing effects. For some reason, makes me think Winston was playing a practical joke in getting shot. Not much else to say, except ... I grooved. Enjoy your vacation times!
