Harsh highs in Gario's make it a bit less enjoyable, but when it reaches the peak of it's involvement, I find it to be more engaging than JH's track.

JH Sounds - This song is really relaxing. There's not much in the song, but I think that works with this style. Ending is a little standard.
Gario - Interesting start. I like the chip (or whatever it is). The first part is boring, but I like what happens after the first minute. The song becomes more and more interesting and relaxing. I don't like the radical 'things' at 0:39 and 2:17.

Gario's mix was exactly as it said on the tin - Pure, simple and pretty. A lot of variation and deviation from the source, while still keeping the feel of the original.

JH's mix was also good. It had a nice beat and good bass, though the gated choir pad as a lead didn't really fit with the genre to me. Maybe it's just me, but it didn't really seem to settle in with the rest of the mix (hard to describe, but somewhat akin to hearing a Jazz saxophone in the middle of a string concerto).
