Both fade out! Right on! I like the groove that JerryTerry made, and his instrumentation. Plus the mix is good.
I think "Thrown together" changes feel a lot, so I have a hard time "processing" what I'm hearing. I think this one could flow better. Also, there are parts where the bass doesn't fit right with the melody and harmonies.
Good entries though.

JerryTerry - I like the start. I don't like the kick around 1:00, it's a bit too dominating the song. After that, a really nice part comes. Not much variating, but still nice.
Hewhoisiam - Easy start with only a few samples. I like that 'thing' what comes in at 0:47. After a while, the song's too noisy. I like the part after that (1:30). After that, the same: noisy and some calmer parts.

JerryTerry gets first and hewhoisiam gets last. Thrown together indeed.

Damnit, I was working on something for this, but it ended up sounding so terrible I couldn't make myself turn it in. Alas.

Ah well, I better vote, at least ;)

First - JerryTerry - It's a bit on the repetitive side, but the sound is mellow and sweet. I liked it :)

Second - Hewhoisiam - Also a bit repetitive, and I swear you scared the CRAP out of me when I heard a string quartet opening (Oh my God, he didn't make a string quartet remix of this...), but you fortunately changed it up with the drums and such. The EQ is a bit high for my tastes, but I understand that you ran out of time so you probably know that.

Alas, it still puts it in second. Thanks for submitting, though - single submission rounds are depressing.
