Wow, two really good submissions here. Time to go over them :)

2nd - Just64Helping - Strange, for some reason when I hear your version 'FF7' comes to mind (particularly the desert area). Not a bad track, although I feel some of the melody gets lost in the harmonies. Welcome back from your hiatus :).

1st - Protodome - Once again, I feel that you've pulled off a perfect submission. Your track is like crack (in both a good and bad way - it's addicting as hell). I like the crapload of stuff going on there - it's musical cacophony to my ears, and I love it. Looking forward to your winning track next month (I mean, you've gotta win this time around!).

just64helpin's was nice, but liked ProtoDome's more. It had more energy to it. Of course, I ended up liking the source more than the entries, but I can't vote for that.

ok so with two subs its a little easier to vote as its a question of which you prefer out of two

just64helping - a nice solo piano effort... I like the chilled out mood of it.

I didn't hear that much source however, altho it didn't get boring so well done.

Protodome - a completely different take which I personally prefered... I thought it was very stylish... and 8-bit remix ftw. Source was promintant with your own touches and you even got in my solo... nice work ;)

Because both remixes were so different I really had to choose out of preference as both were very well done... I can see this being a close one :D
