Everything was really fun to listen to. I liked the variety this week.

#1 cryref, I really really liked the overall development because it gave me kind of an emotional shift from a simpler song into more of like this intense emotional discovery.

#2 Wassup Thunder for overall composition. Really cool harmonies and nice melodies.

#3 Nukage, for the intense sound design and really solid production as usual delivering nice intense edm.

I really also liked TVG this week.

TheVideoGamer - This track is best described as like a funky house number, but not so much in disco influences, more so in just the use of swing, and sort of bass sounds, that permiate the track. It's very minimal, opting for simple arrangements and sounds, but the atmosphere is there, giving a bit of a sneaky vibe. I wanted the track to have a bit of a deep in thought kind of experience, like if you were moving in chess, and i think it's come across well in here. I still think there is more potential, it does loop quite a bit, but the sounds are very cool, and i dig the drums. Oh well, glad you liked it!

Rinevard - Welcome first timer! Loving the moody melodies here, really soft piano. Some parts have a very dramatic flair to the melodies. The ending part was really nice, and the velocity usage was great. Ends a bit abruptly, just as it's about to be developed, but for your first entry, that was really good, enough for me to give you it. Well done!

DarkShadow - I like the soundfont usage here, or at least it reminds me of an oldstyle video game. The whole thing is very hip-hop like, but with a more lo-fi mix. It can get a bit harsh towards the end not gonna lie, especially for a more deeper sound, but the soundfont was very cool, and those chords are sick. Good job!

Wassup Thunder - I like the use of foley in the drums, it's very cool percussion. The melodies are a lot more cinematic than it needs to be for this theme lol, but it's sick. The tubular bells really give it a horror aesthetic like something is about to go wrong. The dance drums turn it into something futuristic, despite the oldstyle organ melodies, sort of giving a best of both worlds in the track. Arrangement is fire, and that choir sound is great. Not what i think of when i see this theme, and some smoothing could make it even better, but the track honestly was absolutely fire. I loved this man, it was so good i placed it third, amazing work!

Nukage - Insane sound design here, the intro is very isolated sounding despite it having a strong melodic sheen. The reese in this one is very powerful, it really hypes me up for the drop, and when it does drop it hits HARD. Which i'm not suprised, you make some insane drop work, and this is no exception. Your growls are through the roof, and the effects are unreal. Yeah it's quite in your face, but that's the point with this genre. The 2nd drop was just as hard as the first, nothing else to say really i loved it. It was so good i placed it 2nd, incredible work!

DarkMystery727 - I dig these drums, very house like, and some cute chords and melody. There is some chess sounds here, that kind of don't match the beat, a little off, but the idea with it is sick. The melodies are so much fun, but i am waiting for a drop. You make a killer intro, but the drums aren't as beefy as it could be. I keep on waiting for a drop and it never comes. I feel it gets a little repetitive towards the end as well personally. It's still a lot of fun though, good job!

Arcana - Nice beat, kind of intense electro vibes going on. Interesting we have a C and E route, but the arp is in C minor, makes for an interesting melody clash. The intro is more hard hitting electro, but the Arcana chords bring it to trance territories. Honestly the mixing is good, so i wouldn't have had a problem with the lack of lyrics, when it drops towards the end things change, which i would do a lot of smoothing too. The autotune is good, but the vocals get lost in the mix quite a bit, and there is one too many bass layers here, for me personally, taste is personal. Still though, the idea is really good i liked it a lot. Good job!

Cryref22 - I love those high end chords, very dark and atmospheric, kind of like were in space. Some really cool use of space as well, the pause between the intro and piano was extremely effective. The piano itself is super nicely played too. The synth parts are also super nice too, the swing is a great touch for this track. The piano melody is wonderful too. Whole thing is developed so nicely. Wonderful piece, in fact it was so good i placed it first, incredible work!
