TheVideoGamer - This track is probably the most summer sounding i've done in a while. There is mainly 2 sections, minus the breakdown in the middle, and it embodies a very lush summer Drum and Bass vibe. The first section is sample based, and is from a looped Earl Klugh sample, which is complimented by pads, a bassline and 2 breakbeats (one of them being a percussive layer). The second section, introduces some steel drums, followed by some tine like bells to keep it on the airy vibe, and that lasts for around 16 bars before back to the first section. There is also another section where there is an arp played on 2 synths, to keep it from being repetitive, and a breakdown to make it more psychedlic but still relaxing. This then builds up back into the first 2 sections. All in all, it does get a tiny bit samey towards the end, i was trying to manipulate as much as i can to keep it from being too repetitive, but aside from that, i think the idea is very cool. Oh well, glad you liked it!

DarkShadow - Lots of cool white noise in this hard banger. I really liked the swelled distorted square synths, it's got a bit of great filtering going on. The track is extremely hard hitting, to the point where it can get a bit much. This time it's not so much it being loud, more than some of the sounds are a bit overblown, to where it sort of makes it sound almost shrill. I did like the pauses before each beat part though, great use of space. It's a very cool track for me, with lots of potential. Good job!

A2Z - These are some killer chords, i think they're 9th's. The vibe is really Super Mario Sunshine coded, bossa nova, with tiny soundfont instrumentation. The melodies are wonderful, happy but not quite happy, there is a tiny bit of tension going on. The key change towards the end was a lovely touch, but i did wish you added another section, but alas OHC problems lol. The mix was overall really great, although i'd say the kalimba was a tiny bit too upfront personally, but that's me being nitpicky. This was just a lovely piece throughout, voting worthy for sure, awesome work!

Yamalbat - Really nice string work here, kind of cold sounding, even though the theme is of a beach. The flanging was sort of unexpected, but i dig it. Semi-psychedelic in parts. It's quite a long intro i will say, we don't really pick things up towards the end, but i like tracks that are subtle, it adds something. When it does though, this is when you choose to end the piece, however what i've heard overall is lovely. My only really critique, is the ocean sounds are kind of louder than the rest, it makes things a bit hard to really listen in, but the idea is super cool. It has a lot of potential, good job!

Jmr - Ooh i like this vibe, it's different. If i were to describe it, it's sort of a reggae track, if fed through a bunch of effects and slowed down. It's uplifting in a weird way, and the groove is very pleasent and unstable. The melodies are kind of hidden in this one, as you wanted to emphasise more of the beat, but it is a very good beat. It's a weird trippy piece, yet i dig it. Honestly i'm gonna give you this, i was suprised by how pleasent and cool it was within the psychedlia. Voting worthy for sure, awesome work!

Hornelectric - This is jazz gone wrong lol. It sounds very weird, but very captivating. The melody is really dynamic, so many solo's, and the bassline is consistent and really fits the melody. The drums are also interesting, going for more of a lazer type beat, compared to something more standard, it's very Experimental Jazz, and i'm all for it. The only downside is some parts of the melody/solo are just too loud for me, in comparison to the rest, and i would also introduce solo breaks (As in, mute the melody in parts) to let the groove standout, but it's super cool nonetheless. I just really appreciate the experimental tracks, even if there's potential. Good job!

DDRKirby(ISQ) - Lovely summer chords, nice 7ths going on here. It feels like Hot NES summer here lol. Beautiful melodies, and a really nice soft vibe. The DnB is a different touch, but the vibe is still on the relaxing side, so it all cancels out. It's basically the signature 9-bit vibe, with a lot of chiptune elements mixed with more neon sounding 80's synths. It's a beautiful piece. Extremely well mixed, i couldn't find much else to say, it's great. So i great i placed it 2nd, incredible work!

Unknown Pseudoartist - Lot of wave sounds this week, but i expect that with this theme lol. The guitar riff's here are cool, it's got a mild mystical vibe going on, yet still calming in parts. I was not expecting the vibe change, i was really into the calming parts, but then you go all metal on me. Drum work is sick, as is the brass, but i'm not hearing much bass work in this. However it's not too unoticable. I did notice you sort of attempted a guitar solo, but the piece ends before we even get to hear it. Would have been lovely to loop that with more of a solo, but OHC man, it kills you. My track is a little repetitive at the end heh. Still though, lots of potential, this one was really cool. Good job!

Arcana - Thick piano like stabs here, feels darker than it should be, but i guess not everyone see's the beach as relaxing. The vocals are really great, nice melodies, and i dig the chords. Drums are great too, but the kick is a little quiet personally, maybe could do with a bit of a stronger kick. The mic change was unnoticable for me, i think it sounds very clear overall. Honestly the vocals are upfront compared to the rest, but the track is really good mix wise. It has more potential here for better drums personally, but it sounds really great. Good job!

Cryref22 - Interesting jazz harmony here, this is some seriously interesting melodies. I like the flute melody, got a sort of Middle Eastern flair. This track really takes you on a journey, so many sections in for it's 2 minutes, i dig it. When the arps come in, it really sounds very....ethereal. It's not quite happy, but yet i feel like i'm in a state of calm, it's great. The melodies, whilst high-pitched at times, is nothing short of lovely. It keeps on evolving, even if subtle. Absolutely lovely piece, more than enough for the top spot, incredible work!

Ethansight - The reverb on this one is super lush. The intro is beautiful, it feels like i'm listening to a guitarist by the seaside. The style here has all the elements of a Ethansight track, but it's done in a way i wouldn't expect it was you. Drums have a nice latin flavour, and the chords are great as always. There is so many plucks with so much tasty delay, it really feels like i'm prime for the beach. Not as uplifting as i'd assume from the vibe, but the melodies are wonderful. The guitar work is also a lovely touch, great tone in the solo. Just a lovely piece all around, it was so good i placed it third, amazing work!

Meistr - Thick pads, this feels kind of space like. Vocal work is amazing as usual, both of you compliment each other exceptionally well. The intro is long in this, but the vocals really do add space, it's a great melody. I like the drums here, the mixing is really great too. The only thing i'd say, is the kick is a bit louder compared to the rest of the track, however it didn't detract from the experience. Honestly, it's about 80 percent where it needs to be, it has potential. It's really nice. Good job!

TheVideoGamer - Happpy beat! All elements are balanced well, progression gives it an uplifting feel. Steel drums are perfect, and a great guitar sample. Big phaser pad, and a few nice bird-sounding background trills to keep things alive.

DDRKirby - DDRnB! Huge silky saws, clean plucks, perfect solos and a jammin' breaky beat to tie it all together. Very nice track

jmr - Sounds like this tape was lost under a palm tree! Happy tune buried under a wobble and filter, dreamy space

DarkShadow - More textures than usual. Foams are a nice break from the beat, and many interesting FM growly sounds

A2Z - Chill beach vibes, margarita in hand with a band over by the palm trees

yamalbat - Nice use of effects to add more texture, the crunchy waves fit in well and dramatic string movements!

hornelectric - Funny solos aaaaah! Somebody gave a seagull a kazoo, and then a funky beat and a cool guy horn joined in!

Unknown Pseudoartist - Nailed the two vibes, step through the frame for a rockin time!

Arcana - Loss piece, enjoyed the little sad story, and a good driving beat.

cryref22 - Smooth sounds all around, a nice vibe to enjoy the waves one last time. The lead reminds me of a preset from Retrologue, porta synth vibes.

Meistr - Solid trappy phonky beat. Huge unison bass, with a smooth vocal line!
