DDRKirby: This was actually quite beautiful. I really enjoyed the composition - very gentle and serene and reflecting the poem, but the reading itself was really well done, with a good balanced tone and some interesting processing on the voice. I actually enjoyed this immensely.
coloradoweeks: Really catchy chords, good singing, how can I be more expressive in song?!? You did a great job with the mood and emotion.
IO: Very nice and sharp sample choice - the drums were really great.
Other random comments:
DarkShadow: The dropping of beats in this one really makes this stand out - that beat of silence when the drums fade is quite striking.
Unknown Pseudoartist: The piano was pleasant and the dramatic guitars added a lot to it. Drums were nicely done and the gong was a good detail. In a more developed version it would be nice to hear the guitars get more heavy and speak more!
DarkMystery727: Nice melody and composition. Hope to hear you experiment more with orchestral samples. Seeing how to adjust MIDI to make the orchestra sound more "real" is a real art in itself but is a great skill to develop as you explore.
cryref22: I thought the pad was really nice in this one as well as well as the groove in the bass and the upper arps that faded in and out.
TVG: Again I enjoyed the pads and the lead and their interaction. I feel that the second half would have benefitted from the drums pushing a bit more, driving things forward faster but we can only get so much done in an hour!

I joined in this week, so it's voting time!
TheVideoGamer - This track relies more on the copy and paste factor, however at least the main progression is 50 seconds long, so at best when looped you'll only hear it like 5 times heh. There is two progressions here, the main one plays twice, then the 2nd progression twice, then back to progression one and so on. The drums are from Taylor Swift, mainly filtered in parts, as i ran out of time for any real changes. I had to upload at 3:24 or i risk being shut out. The BPM is 85, so it is a slow one, but i think it works to it's advantage. I also really like the unique chords here, i made it more of a dynamic progression than the usual C, F, G progrssion. All in all, whilst it does loop a bit, i think there is something here. Oh well, glad you liked it!
DarkShadow - Squarewaves galore, this is another chaotic piece from you. I kind of want to know what goes on inside your mind heh. This is actually distorted to say the kickdrum is on the tamer side, it gets to a point where it's borderline clipping, but the kick is not even gabber i don't know. Personally it was too much for me, but it was a lot of fun, good job!
UnkownPseudoartist - Nice intro, kind of adds a bit of atmosphere. The piano is quite cold and dark, even if the theme is peaceful, it's just a really nice chilly piece. The piano feels like it belongs to Castlevania, it's nice. The rock part was really great too, it dropped nicely and made for an intense but not too intense listen. Maybe too dark for the theme personally, and i would maybe switch up parts of the piano to reduce a bit of repetition, but aside from that, it was great, more to like than dislike. Well done!
DDRKirby(ISQ) - Peaceful Kirby is back, with a great poem reading, that adds that sort of emotional depth to the track. Chords are lovely, this is just absolutely beautiful. The sounds and textures are done exceptionally nicely too, i just feel like i'm in paradise it's just so nice. I absolutely love the way the beat drops, for mostly 2 chords it really feels like there is so much going on, and all done with a quality mix too. This is just exceptional stuff, i absolutely loved it. It was so good i decided to place it on the top spot. Incredible work!
DarkMystery727 - Definately going for the Mozart vibe, it's quite the orchestral tune. Although i see this more closer to a string quartet than a Orchestral piece, but this is just me. I do feel the strings are more SNES quality than realistic, and if you're going for realistic it doesn't seem to work for me, but it works well for SNES quality. I could vision other stuff being added to this, i felt it was a little bit thin. However it was a lot of fun, i really liked it! Good job!
Cryef22 - You say there is a problem, but i don't hear it. Even when you pointed it out in chat, i disagreed because it adds something. Passing notes are always welcome, especially for this kind of track. The chords in this one are really one of a kind. Absolutely beautiful chord progression, it's just wonderful. I also love how it just keeps on building as you listen, with the bassline and piano, this is just one exceptional melodic piece. Very pretty and emotive, with one amazing melody. It was so wondeful, I placed it 2nd, just amazing. Incredible work!
InvisibleObserver - It might be a meme beat, but it still works for this track, which is a really cool C418 kind of number. The beat is really tight, and the mix of electronic sounds and acoustic sounds is really welcome, especially that Steel Pan. The track has that great mix of cold and warm sounds. The melody is especially nice here, i don't think there's anything else to say, it's killer. Has voting potential, awesome work!
Arcana - These filtered synths are pretty fire, the whole thing has a mild horror aesthetic, it's pretty cool. The bells are very shrill however, it's pretty painful to listen to, i'm sorry. It also completely masks the vocals, meaning if the lyrics weren't there, i wouldn't know what's going on lyric wise. The chords are cool, but i think the dissonance is unintentional, i don't know. Whole thing has potential, i'm not gonna lie it's pretty cool sounding. Good job!
Coloradoweeks - I feel like the chord progression fits Joni Mitchell i don't know why that is. The guitar chords are really cool though, it's playing with my expectations as i can't tell where it's gonna go. I'm thinking is it happy or sad, who knows. The bongo loop is really nice, it works in a carribbean setting, despite it being a night theme. Lyrics are funny, the struggle to finish on time is real, i laughed at the end. This is lovely all things considered, so lovely i placed it third, amazing work!
