The EDM vibes of Morphia and Meister were great. I enjoyed them. The song had kind of dark lyrics though - but cool work.
DarkShadow did something different and it really made things interesting and different.
Dex and Dex's mom did a great job with the different instruments and all the drums.

TheVideoGamer - This track is essentially a wonky one, as i wanted to emphasise the drunk nature of the theme. Most people would have likely gone for a sleep theme, but based on what they are laying on, i feel it's just people having too much after a party, so the track resembles that. The beat itself is designed not to be on grid, but yet still have a descernable rhythm, largely thanks to repeating the beat. The rest is quite varied, including a glitchy 303 bass, a jazzy chord progression, with a lot of seasonings in the note, and a melody that mostly compliments the chords, but isn't actually the focal point of the piece. It isn't very dynamic per se, as we stick to the progression and the bassline, but we do get a bit of an extension in parts where we modulate from A Major to C Major. All in all, it's quite weird and unusual, but sometimes that's what gives the entries it's charn. Oh well, glad you liked it anyways!
DarkShadow - This one is more minimal than the standard DarkShadow entry, with the sounds a lot shorted than what you are known for. The chaos is still there, but it's mostly manifested in tight drum sounds, than strong and wide drum sounds. I do like this a lot, the melody in this is a little more consanent than usual, i don't feel like it's too much in the 12 tone range, and i do dig the very slow tension in the drums, the clap isn't on every beat, so it adds a nice pull and release to the drum work. All in all, one of your better ones for sure, but i still think there is more potential here, to make it even more melodic and less dissonant, but despite that, i am one guy, and taste is personal. Good job!
Meistr - Lol the lyrics are kind of relatable. Not expecting a house groove, but i'm all for it. The growly basslines are sick in this, they don't fall exactly on beat, so it makes for a really wobbly vibe. The piano is quite emotional, but the drums are quite in your face. The track as a whole is sick, but the piano is getting mass buried by the intense kick drum. I do like the vocal work a lot though, some parts get buried by the kick, but when the singing really kicks in, the mix becomes a little more cleaner. Honestly it's just the kick and bass, they're absolutely fire, it's just the piano is trying to make a statement, but is consistently denied by the drum and bass work. Still though, this was a lot of fun, and i really dug the lyrics. Good job!
obScene - Ok your entry last week was amazing, but not only did you manage to top that, this is almost close to being the best entry you might have ever made (Although in two weeks time that might change lol. It's all relative to the moment). The reverb in this one is something special, and that piano progression is so amazing (Aided by an equally beautiful marimba melody too), it sounds happy, but there is some notes added here that make me feel warm and fuzzy alongside happy. I love the repeated 3 note rise and fall. It's like the main theme throughout. The track is soo pretty and beautiful, perfected by the amazing reverb. This one was incredible man, it will suprise no one that this is the top spot pick, beyond amazing, incredible work!
DarkMyster727 - Cool pad sounds, it has a weird Middle Eastern flair going on, like were maybe in Egypt. The whole sound is pretty far away, as if were in a forest. Kind of atmospheric, but the pad sounds feel like we belong to the rock genre. I do wish there was more to it, i felt like this was just an intro to something. By 40 seconds in i was hyped for a drop or a change that never happens, which is a shame as it sounds beautiful. I feel like we need more, because i felt we didn't go anywhere. Still though it was really cool and a ton of fun to listen to, the synths are great. Good job!
Arcana - Liking that crispy sawtooth bassline, and synth chords that feel like were in the 80's. The vocal work is really strong, although sadly i do feel like it's a bit too "pitchy". I think there is some effect going on that makes the vocals seem like it's out of tune with the chords. Maybe it's an autotune effect or something. Still though special props for the backing, the drums are tight, and i really love the chord progression in this! It has a lot of potential, the vocal melody lines are great, it just needs to be tuned more to the chords. Good job!
Dex - Say hi to your mum for me. I appreciate a heart warming collab when i see it. That bassline is great because it doubles as a melody line too. The pad chords are delightfully dark, even though the theme isn't exactly dark. I love the drums here, i was expecting mostly EDM but then i got synth rock instead. Wasn't expecting the 2nd half, it was unexpected. Your mum is suprisingly really great at the piano/synth, some sick lines. I also faintly here a bit of Bridal Chorus, might have been unintentional lol. Definately not structured, but i think it's done deliberately, to give it a wonky feel. Still though, i feel despite that, there was a lot provided here, it was really unusual but had a lot of great melodic moments. Well done!
Cryef22 - Ooh that is a wonderful pad chord sequence. I really like that deep in the forest out there sound, your buddy DarkMyster also did something like that. This one is quite chill, and weirdly warm for a progression in a minor key. The switch was very abrupt and strange, we go from a minor key straight into a major key, in what sounds like an Emulation of a banjo of some kind. The melodies here are more cuter and RPG like. we've gone from Final Fantasy into Pokemon lol. Drums are tight but very minimal, adds a touch of groove to the primarily ambient sound scape. Some of the melody parts had some spicy notes i wasn't feeling, but for the most part, it's a sick banger, and i feel like giving you this one, it was sick. Well done!
Misael.K - Jazzy chords are definately my weakness. Give me a good 9th, and i'm away lol. Those drums are insanely deep, we really are going all out on the kick and snare. Any deeper and it sounds muffled lol. The vocals are great, really nice melodic lines, and it's crystal clear. It does overpower some of the instruments, but it's not too noticable, so it doesn't detract from the experience. All in all, this is a great 80's inpsired pop record, with some killer sections. Mix wise, it has potential, but nothing that detracts from the track. Either way i'm giving you this one, actually no, i'm giving you the third spot, amazing work!
NickC - Great guitar intro, not too happy, it has a bit of mysticism, yet i feel relaxed and mildly uplifted. I love the pad here, it's a mixture of a bell and a soft pad, it's super pretty. The track is more of a slow builder, it keeps getting prettier and prettier as we listen, almost like were dreaming, i love it. The drums are quite cool, it's got that swing feel, yet it's also quite dub like. I don't know what it is, but i immediate get this dub reggae vibe despite it being glitched to high heaven. This is exactly what Aphex Twin would do. Give us this pretty relaxing melody, but spam the glitch out of the drums. This is honestly wonderful, so wonderful i choose it for the 2nd spot, it was creative and different, and fits the theme somewhat well. Amazing work!
