TheVideoGamer - This track is a relaxing techno/house number consisting of soft key sounds played in arp form, a light punchy bass and soft pad chords. My goal was to keep it as light as possible, whilst still retaining a groove. The melodies were meant to be more on the mystical side, but i ended up more in the relaxing end of the scale, minus the unique C# note at around 4 minutes in, that brings in the mystical vibe, that for the most part wasn't really present. In terms of overall sound, it's more of a weave in and out kind of approach. There isn't any major dynamic changes, the melodies aren't really that much differeny synth wise, and the groove is consistent. All in all, whilst not a complex track at all, it does provide a fair bit, i like it a lot, and i hope you do too. Oh well, glad you liked it anyways!

DarkShadow - Thick DarkShadow chords grace our ears. Very long intro to say it's DarkShadow, usually the beat comes in pretty early, but in this case we took a bit longer. I like the pauses before each loop, not a common DarkShadow trait but i really like it. The snares are working overdrive here, sounds like a delay effect. Probably more dissonant than some of your usual entries, but it was a lot of fun, and had a few new moments from you. Good job!

DDRKirby(ISQ) - Bringing back the DDR Eastern flair this week, with a lot of bowls and mandolin sounds, but all done in this very chill context. I really like the polyrhythms going on, i totally feel the theme relevancy here. Drum grooves were a little different from you, but it still retains the classic DDR Downtempo you are known for. The drop is really fire, although perhaps a tad bit compressed. I feel the bassline and drums are pushing everything down. But aside from that, the melodies are wonderful. It still sounds great, and the different sections were also lovely. Even with my critiques, i still feel like giving you this one, it's just very lovely and catchy stuff. I could see myself voting for this one, awesome work!

Wassup Thunder - Already off the bat, were going very aggressive with a whole bunch of synth arps, guitar noodles, and fast drumming. It sounds kind of choral despite there not really being any. The track is also quite cinematic, to say it's mostly synth work. I dig the epic nature of it all, although it is quite....intense. I feel like everything is just being added on top of each other, making for one giant clustered texture. I like it don't get me wrong, but it's maybe a little too much, it just makes it pretty loud as a result. Still though it's a lot of fun, with some great melodies. Good job!

Nukage - Wasn't expecting the Drum and Bass combo with the metal guitar, that's a very cool genre fusion thing going on. Everything though comed full swing with the classic metal drop. Was expecting DnB metal, but this is also great either way. Your vocal performance is always impressive, and the drops are hard hitting as always. Some of the impact sounds are maybe a bit much, but that ones minor. I really don't know what else to say, i found nothing really to critique. The track has a great drop, and a wonderful vocal performance. Definately voting worthy, awesome work!

Jxsl - Loving these filtered synths, very trance like, with a great science fiction feel. I feel like i'm in space. Loving the FM here, it reminds me a little bit of an Alarm but mixed with a tubular bell. The whole thing is dark and eerie, and really cool. I love how the synths gradually build up, we go from nothing to something. Whole thing is really great, i feel like i'm in a video game. i do feel the main arp get's a bit lost the more we progress, but that might be the point. I honestly don't have anything else to say, i felt it was really good, and i will give you this one. Definately voting worthy, awesome work!

Meistr - Cool swing on the drums, and the vocals are awesome, although i don't know if it's in key or not. The sidechain on this is very banging, and the chords and synth work very well. The vocals definately become more in key when the beat kicks in, so it must be my imagination. The effects on the synths here is very crazy, it's great. I just feel like were blending 2-Step Garage with Future Bass. Whole thing is very much catchy, i don't have anything else to say. It was so great i placed you third, amazing work!

Misael.K - This is a classic Misael break alright, including those fade in pad chords. Not too similar from some of your previous works, but this time the break is more lo-fi and crunchy, and the chords here are more unnatural if you get me. Has the perfect balance of calming and chill with some very unnerving chord choices i love it. The melody is wonderful, very much has a flute sound to it, but more of a relase and decay. I feel both chill and in another world. It's just really great stuff. Love the breakdown in the middle, it makes it even more chill, especially with some of the warm pads. Whole thing is just beautiful, i don't know what else to say. So beautiful i chose it for the top spot, it was amazing. Incredible work!

Arcana - I'm really digging that beat, it's quite punchy, and has that EDM edge, even though it fits more of a downtempo vibe. The synth work is very cutting, i love it, and the vocal work is really great. The vocal work is great as always, and the processing is really nice. I do think your voice is perhaps a bit pitchy this week, some parts of the melody felt really detuned and out of key. Also the ending was a bit interest, the voice felt like we were listing to a telephone, to the point where maybe it was a bit too quiet. Put it this way, i felt there is a lot of potential here, that beat was a highlight, it was banging, so don't be discouraged. Good job!

obScene - Very chill stuff from obScene, with some very nice eastern instruments, and a very detuned and extremely pretty melody, that is both dark yet hauntingly chill at the same time, like were in some opening credits. The melody is quite relaxing, and the chiptune elements just work as always. I just really feel the vintage vibe, and the melodies are just lovely, which is not suprising as you always make such lovely melodies. You say you don't like it, but i really do, it's lovely. Another lovely obScene entry, so lovely i placed it 2nd, it was awesome. Incredible work!
