@Misael.K - Remember, the description can actually be really helpful when listening to my track, so you get all of the relevant info in relation to the track, and can also help with why i choose to do this.

@NickC - You're not kidding lol. This theme was soo good, i ended up blanking out on musical ideas. I guess theres a limit to how good an image can make you feel lol.

@Suzums - Thank Debussy for that haha.

@Atmospherium - I like it too. I felt like not changing the tempo, as i feel this is integral to the composition in hand. I'm respecting Debussy whilst adding my own, if you know what i mean.

@Misael.K - Thanks.

@Coloradoweeks - Nope i used a MIDI. I don't have time to manually sequence all the notes lol. I have to actually make the beat and program in the synth stuff as well.

@Elbobbo - I mean i am transcribing a piano piece into electronica lol..

@Arcana - No the tempo changes were built into the MIDI.

@Misael.K - I actually thought that was a spelling mistake lol. But it turns out it's a real thing, with lots of varied music from varied artists. Nice to find something new to check out!

TheVideoGamer - I made this cover to account for the lack of time i had in successfully creating a track for OHC. My ideas were really not going so well, despite the theme being extremely pretty to look at. I love these themes, sometimes too much, to the point where my brain shuts down lol. I guess there is such a thing as "Too Good" haha. The cover is more or less straight forward. The main piece is synthesized with bells and keys, using a MIDI. I then topped it with a custom string section (As if i'm orchestrating it), and of course a vibrant changing beat. The tempo shifts are apart of the original composition, i didn't change it as i wanted to respect the composition. All i did, that was more or less original, was add the strings, followed by the drum work. Oh well, hope you get something out of this.

Lyra_183 - Oh congrats on your achievements! That's great news. I genuinely thought this was Judy Garland for a second lol. It turns out to be a original. The vocals are perfect volume here. Last time you sadly went a little too hard on the gain. Would love to hear this on a beat, good job!

cotmm68030 - Every track you make, you always manage to bring out the deep bass textures in my headphones. It's great. This is quite warm sounding, to say it's mostly a Dark Ambient like piece. I mean we can't always make scary music right? No but seriously, this theme it's a must for it. I regret doing a cover, i feel like i didn't do this theme justice, but i was scrapped for time. I love the way you pause what is essentially the chords in a way to bring dynamics to it. It's not a very expansive piece, mostly minimal, but damn it's actually kind of beautiful. So beautiful it was placed on the 2nd spot. Amazing work!

DarkShadow - The waveform says it all lol. The bass synths are way more powerful than the drums man! It's such a bass overload, i don't think i can handle it XD Sorry dude, good job!

elbobbo_music - Digging these cool chords, very warm, but also has a bit of a psychedelic feel to it. Love how you slowly build different elements to the sounds, makes it sound like an orchestra is singing or something. Really liking the background elements, this is actually kind of pretty. You've gotten a big upgrade it seems, because this is pretty lovely. So lovely i ended up putting you on the third spot. Awesome work!

Nukage - Ooh this is not a typical chord progression that i was expecting. It's some really cool spices in here. The 4 on the floor kick is also the last thing i was expecting. You completely subverted my expectations with some of the most deepest house/techno, with a very dirty sidechain. If this isn't funky, then what is? Damn i was head bopping all of the way through, this is some really sick grooves. You also managed to take a 4 chord loop, and really make it into a magical ride. The last part was incredible yes, but it was soo unexpected, i was actually turned off by it more than i was into it. The problem with that section, is that i was all ready to give it the awesome work it deserves, and then a completely new sound comes in, that is immediately louder and more aggressive. I don't know, that could have been a separate track, or even a remix. The minimal vibes were better in my opinion for this theme, especially because it was different. I've talked for too long, it was still an awesome groove throughout, so even with my criticisms, this does not absolve it of it's deserved well done rating! It was lovely, well done!

Treyt - Ok this is like some Chiptune Synthwave. It's pretty amazing. It's like it belongs to some Anime, but mixed in with some kind of....i don't know. I just love it when in OHC we get some of the most craziest genre combinations. This would totally work in some Stephen Universe type cartoon, but mixed in with a Regular Show 80's aesthetic. The melody is incredible here, so vibrant and well mixed. I had soo much fun with this, it's very uplifting and makes me smile. It was such an incredibly fun piece, i ended up putting it on the top spot. Incredible work!

DDRKirby(ISQ) - Video Game commission work les gooo. Always with the kick ass melodies, and the tight glitchy chiptune drums. Not made for OHC sadly, so i won't vote for this, but i will commend at how lovely it sounds, and the lovely mix as always. Well done!

Misael.K - Jazzy wooo. Some people do OHC way better than i do. The melodies in this one are super funky, and almost has like a space aesthetic for a theme about a house in spring. There seems to be detune in here, and i don't know if i'm a fan. It's not obnoxious, but it is noticeable. It's not the most offensive though, it still sounds great. The drums are a on the thick side for this, if we compare it to the rest of the mix. The melody is not powerful in this, and lends more to a background element. Now this one was tough, as i found a lot of positives in here. The chords were lovely, the melody was executed super well, loved it, and the synth work was very cool too, very funky. It's just the mix could be more refined to make it perfect for the awesome category, but if people get satisfaction from this, enough to vote for it, i won't be mad. As i always say, taste is personal. Some might like it, others might not. Good job anyways!

NickC - Ooh i like that piano. It's got a bit of a triplet feel, even though there isn't a 3/4 feel. The string work is super wholesome and sentimental, however in this case it's getting drowned by the piano. The string work is soo lovely, it sounds like a sample lol. It's got some great chord choices, and the occasional spicy note. The strings i'm not sure are even playable, the registers are ridiculously high lol. The melody work here is commendable, but i don't gel with the mechanical dry piano (Minus the delay) that's very forward with the strings. It makes the strings less important, and more like background texture. Ending sounds a little abrupt to me, but other than that a ton of fun, lovely idea, good job!

mcmiagblackmanisgod - That is a classic break, i recognise it in some many of my favourite tracks. Did you make the chords, it sounds like you did. Sadly repetitive for my liking, but it was fun. Good job!

Atmospherium - What is that title lol. These are some Mozart like strings if i've ever seen them lol. The addition of a slightly autotuned vocal is kind of funny to me, i'm sorry. Some parts of your vocal does come off sharply for my liking. The strings are quite intense. Guitar solo was awesome, but also sadly into the mix. I feel the idea is awesome, i love the juxtaposition of the Mozart like strings, and the cool vocals, and the acoustic guitar solo was lovely, but all 3 seem to clash, than work together, and the mix is a little on the loud side. But this could be down to the type of headphones, and each person's perception of loudness. So the idea was lovely, but i'm afraid it's a good job.

Coloradoweeks - I like these sine tones, it sounds like a demonstration for some Audiovisual science experiment, or modular synth. The chords are really lovely, got some great timbres here. The drums are quite subtle here, i like them but they don't seem to want to be noticed. It's very quiet drums. The chords in the piano, and the strings were lovely. The idea is soo good, it's like RnB flavoured but with an Electronic downtempo finish. The first i've seen you not sing. Now just imagine with vocals on this. The ending is abrupt, feels like half a track, but as a whole, even with the titbits like the drums (Which after re-listening, i feel like i'm warming up to the idea of quiet beats. Like it's more beneficial to the track). Long story short, i found this to be a very lovely listen, lovely melodies, awesome work!

Arcana - You're 4 seconds over Tsk Tsk lol. We don't appreciate rule breakers in compo haha. I like the soft electric piano melodies here. Shame the vocals are blocking access, but i know this is all a live take. You didn't really program anything into a DAW as such. I appreciate that nothing sticks out that's super loud. Yes the vocals are pretty aggressive for this, which is sadly a negative, but the chords are great, it's quite soft and almost soothing. I just feel it has a lot of potential in this, if this were to be expanded upon. It's a great idea. Maybe a bit too long sure, but all in all good job!
