It was a bit tough, but sound design did it for me in the end, as well as relevance.

Lots of really memorable songs that I could not vote for including Koekepan, Dex, DDRKirbyISQ, and Lyra.

@JH Sounds - More like acoustic programmed drums.

@CotMM - At least i didn't actually claim it was ambient this time lol.

@Misael.K - Bring on the verbbbbbb.

@CotMM - Absolutely. I could totally see this as a soundtrack to an action movie, especially in the ending.

@Coloradoweeks - Interesting, i'd best do some comparisons.

@Misael.K - That seems to be your catchphrase lol. Everytime something good is playing, you say "Digging this" XD.

@CotMM - I like making slow music sometimes as well. I like to be known as a variety composer, than a hardcore composer.

@Suzums - Ooh, that actually sounds like a good musical genre.

@CotMM - lol. Fast music can also be sometimes confusing.

@Coloradoweeks - Oh wow, thank you!

@JH Sounds - I don't think there is any gain-compression in this track. Maybe it's the effects used, but i don't remember adding it in.

@Misael.K - I think it modulates to D minor in the second part, i might need to double check.

@CotMM - I've yet to listen to the entries. I reply to comments before i listen to the music.

@Misael.K - It does sounds like it fits the end of the party in all honesty.

@Everyone - Thanks for the kind words!

Now then...

TheVideoGamer - This track is basically a heavy string/choir based track, mixed in with some vibrant synths, and loud thumping acoustic drums. I don't usually use acoustic drums, because i don't often have the theme for it, or the right frame of mind, but when i do it can sound great. The track mostly is 2 sections, which don't differentiate from each other, but they do contain different melodies and synths. My goal was really big and epic, to match the theme. It also reminds me of my track i did for 668, that i never submitted due to my tiredness from my 2nd vaccine, however i didn't remix that, because it would be a bit of a cheap move. Nonetheless i like the track i've doe here a lot, and i hope you do too!

Lyra_183 - Acapella les goo. Super clean vocals, it must be the microphone magic ooo. Really nice singing, i could totally see this on top of a backing track. Good job!

Koekepan - Tasty delay's, very deep and space like. Perfect for travelling in the atmosphere. Loving the attacks on the pads, very airy and spacious. The delayed square sounds were not doing it for me, i would prefer them to be a background element, not a main instrument. It get's a bit too much into the mix. I don't hate it, i would prefer it more blended. The pad sounds are lovely though, really loving the attack on them. Honestly the pad sounds won me over, from almost putting you in the needs work section. Lovely stuff, well done!

cotmm68030 - Nice rock like vibes. Almost feels like it's intentionally mixed, to emphasis the low notes, and blend in the high notes. The bass guitar is very powerful here in contrast to the other elements, which i don't know is intentional. The pad sounds are lovely, perfect for the theme. This to me needs a bit of polish. It might be intentional, but i'm not a fan of the powerful basslines and the light drums/guitar. Honestly this should just be an ambient piece, because the pads were lovely. Good job though!

DarkShadow - The DarkShadow sound returns. The triplet stuff is super cool, i love how you give us your style, but with a few twists every week. The waveforms tells me everything lol. Not my favourite from you, but i liked it a lot, good job!

thesocialcontract - Very nice arps, kind of speedy, but yet it feels like were in the 130bpm range. It's also very short, and personally i feel this is incomplete. It has a lot of room for expansion, however i do enjoy your return, great to see you still making music again. Also to note: you left a bit of a tail lol. Nice sounds though, Good job!

animatrix1490 - Nice eerie ambience, big fan of that pad. Great drums, kind of tribal. Also way too short, this could also have a lot of room for expansion. Loving them pad sounds though good job!

Coloradoweeks - So many entries are under a minute lol. This is another lovely tune, but it's very short....which is sad because the idea is awesome. The lyric writing and guitar playing is lovely. Feels like some Avril Lavigne Pop Punk song. Ends abruptly, but lovely stuff, well done!

Barley - Sick bass riffs, nice drum grooves. I can really hear the tight punchy beats in this, lovely stuff. I love how crisp and clear the guitar is. Personally this is your best mixed track to date. I love the vocal work here (Although some parts are too heavily detuned, making it seem out of key). Honestly this is enough for you to go into the awesome category (Your mixing is seriously good here, i couldn't critique it), i couldn't really fault this, super nice job on the mixing! Well done!

DDRKirby(ISQ) - I always like trying new genres, especially ones i don't usually produce, so your kind of like me lol. The funk vibes are super strong here, i love the melody chops. I also like that despite it being essentially a different genre than the one you usually produce, there is that DDR sprinkle in there, such as your signature square wave melodies and compression. Mix is lovely, vibes were a plenty. Extremely funky and amazing stuff, awesome work!

christopian - Warm piano, loving the reverb and effects on it. Feels like partially an Ashka composition, a dude i always love. These chords are.....like the complex harmony stylings of Suzumebachi, Ashka and company, and i absolutely love it. The harmony and melodies here were just incredible, and the reverb usage was just....perfection. Incredible work!

Dex - RAWKING vibes from Dex. I always love your guitar tones and your melody ideas. Feels like perfectly Punk rockish. Great energy, sick playing. Not theme accurate unfortunately (Maybe i'm used to Orchestral music for these images, who knows), however the good outweighs the bad, so well done!

Arcana - I assume this is modular? Unless you've figured out a way to make 5 minute tracker tunes. Really liking your modular stuff, however the vocals seem dominating here. I would be interested in a instrumental modular piece, with some experimentation, it would sound really cool. The detune here is very strong, which honestly i like it a lot, it makes for a super experimental vibe. The vocals are very sparse. When they come in, it's kind of a bit loud, but when they don't, it's a lot of instrumental to get through. The idea is lovely though, good job!

Misael.K - Mysterious piano chords, loving how the strings come in. Has that cool adventure vibe, that you'd expect from some kind of video game. Loving the flutes here a lot, perfectly fitting to theme, has that cool kind of repetition, a-la Philip Glass, but with more varied dynamic chord structures. Love how you do so much, for simple being on note for the whole duration. Seriously dope stuff, extremely fitting to theme, extremely amazing stuff. Awesome work!

JH Sounds - Nice dark synths, feels like it reminds me of an 80's artist, that's on the tip of my tongue lol. Really liking the chords a lot, great lyric writing, you always write such good lyrics. I feel like i'm missing a beat, the hi-hat patterns make it seem flat. Other than that though, the rest was really nice, just need that kick and snare for me. Good job!

Eva - Tight drum grooves, loving the tom fills. The drums are quite powerful, almost so, the rest gets pushed down a bit. However the hazy guitar work was super compelling, really gives it a bit of cool atmosphere. Very short, and honestly could be ripe for expansion, however i did like what i was hearing. Good job!
