Suzumebachi's entry was just pure class.

DarkShadow did in fact pack a lot of power into a small space.

Of the exploratory entries, I felt that cotmm68030's entry was the most authentically sound design oriented.

I freely enjoyed these three tracks. Suzu's was really memorable, that old-timey piano really really got me.

Lyra_183 - This piece (Internal Crys) has a pretty solid and genuinely enjoyable flow to it, the structuring of which kind of eerily replicates Drexciya -style electro "architecture". I really like the abrasive and unique sound design for this one, and if you were to revisit it, I feel that the abrasive fading lead would benefit from a less wide stereo field. (There are many ways you can change this, and it all depends on your software!) The raising pad that has a hi-pass on it, that *sick* chord, it's so Juicy. I think it might benefit from some sliiight tweaking on the EQ, give a dip around 160 hertz according to taste if you have any spare, to give other parts of the music some "room to breathe". That goes for any other gentlefolks who have a piece that feels a little "claustrophobic" from your tracks -- experiment, and never settle! In this case, if lessening the lower end of the pad doesn't let a damn thing breathe, maybe try lowering another sounds bottom end? And especially in this case, some sounds -- there's one that plays a melody of "D - - F E - - -" (the dashes are pulses) every 4th time the bass pattern is played, that specific low sound could be shorter. If you can give shortening the release on the amplitude/volume envelope a try, you might get a muuuch cleaner whole song. These small things are simply suggestions and neat things to try to amplify the "feel" of a track. If you feel up to it, give it a shot! This is a genuinely kinda neat track. Sorry if this is too much! It's just what came to mind.

Suzumebachi - classy stuff! These days I feel I need a constant supply of sevenths ever-circling thems fifths these days. Your contribution will be rewarded in Ballhalla.

thevideogamer - Macareno. Macerenay. McElroy. Come Macarena Together. I Can Feel It In The Macarena Tonight. Mace Windurena. My Chemical Romance? Macklemore. Afrikah Bambaatuu. I have a feeling Beck did this one. I Wanna Be Sedated In Our Angelhood A Dog In The American Idiot Control Now.

Grin: Why did you put the damn transient shaper on the master at the last second what have you DONE
