@Everyone - Daam this did not go down well lol. I mean i wasn't too enthusiastic about the length as well, but i had an hour to make a track, and i refused to submit what i originally tried to make, on the grounds it wasn't good quality. I cannot upload poor music, i have to at least have a track, where i at least put the most basic of effort into it. If i can't create a track for the theme, then i use an old project, that best matches, and this was the only one that works at the time of making. I only started to think about it, after i had submitted, darting back and forth, in whether i had gone too far. On top of that, dirty socks as a theme, was definitely not expected. I don't know what music best fits this narrative haha, you did not give me an easy one obScene. In the end, i kept it, knowing full well that i was short-changed on time, and there wasn't really an alternative i was happy uploading, so this is the best i could do. Anyways a lot of peeps did have a lot of eyebrows to raise, i knew this was gonna be polarizing at the least. The only thing i can really say is sorry, but that feels cheap, and stupid. Whatever it is, i hope you had an experience anyways. On to replying to each of you's....

@Suzums - It's funny to be honest, out of nearly 700 entries, i am for sure not the only one to reach the 13 minute mark....

@Souperion - Not all uses of distortion involves wacky tempo changes and funny vocal samples haha.

@Misael.K - I guess it didn't take long before the facial expressions over the length started to come in lol.

@Wassup Thunder - I hear the sound of 20 users all with pitchforks and torches lol.

@Misael.K - I promise you, for all the pulsating noise, there is a chord progression, so all is not lost.

@CotMM - Or it could be the sound of a 5 year using spoons on kitchenware because it's fun haha....

@Souperion - Why does this comment remind me of Robocop?

@Wassup Thunder - lol

@KonamiCommand - This could be the Heavy Duty Wash Mix haha...

@CotMM - For anyone out there, don't eat tide pods. They are a ticket to the ER...

@Misael.K - And a long one too lol.

@Wassup Thunder - I was just gonna say that, the gif's are too good....

@Souperion - Either that, or in the junkyard....

@Atmospherium - There is about 7-8 uses of percussion here. I tried to treat each bar as it's own pattern basically, which is why there isn't a clear defined groove.

@Arcana - Except DarkShadow dares goes where no VG goes. That, and you would need to skip a beat haha....

@Atmospherium - You might be happy it's 13 minutes, but i don't think the rest of the peeps are.....

@DDRKirby - To be honest, i was trying to simulate a live drumming experience....

@Atmospherium - Crouching Tiger Hidden Gabber mix?

@Misael.K - Yes.....yes it can....

@DDRKirby - Zovi better come with ammunition, because i'm taking over lol...

@Everyone - The gif's are too much XD, omg....

@DDRKirby - I hope so, last thing i want to be is a liability....

@Atmospherium - There's only 2 settings, loud and louder lol.

@Souperion - Your lucky there is chords in this one, compared to others....

@Ramniscience - After research, the total length of all tracks in this party comes to around 39-40 minutes, which is actually shorter than parties, such as OHC643 - 645, as they're were around 52-55 minutes. Who would have thought it eh? Does this justify what i did? No, but it does at least put your mind at rest knowing, that this does not change the length of the party to a significant degree.....

@Wassup Thunder - I am the god of the god of the hellfire gods....

@Starla - Noted, although i will say, this is not the only entrant i've done that reaches 13 minutes, I remember round 609, where i did a full 18 minute journey. Not doing that again lol, it was too much work. In fact, remember Zovi's 14 minute noise piece for round 304 ? Apparently that angered a lot of people too. In fact i wonder how Koekepan managed with a lot of his 11-15 minute uploads? Yeah i do research past entrants, i like to be inspired. All i can say at this point, is sorry. Even after uploading, i felt a bit of regret, but i had a time-crunch, and no inspiration, so this is all i could have done at this point. The more i talk about it, the more regret i feel.....

@Atmospherium - I guess your the only one, who likes this. Nice to know i have an audience lol.

@Misael.K - Now i feel worse lol. To be fair my 18 minute entry for round 609, didn't garner as much of a reaction as this did. Then again, maybe peeps are getting sick of me constantly posting over 10 minutes. Hopefully i shouldn't have to do it again, it's not that much fun for me either....

@Arcana - I was worried people would actually feel this....

@Souperion - Maybe more than an intermission....

@Wassup Thunder - Well considering it's at a mere 3 minutes lol, i guess so...

@Misael.K - 1 volume on your Windows or Mac? Haha...

@Wassup Thunder - Boom....

@Suzums - It was, and peeps are pretty strong about it....

@Misael.K - I don't think it deserves to be called good. It's just there, as a mere existence....

@Everyone - Hope i didn't kill your ears, unless Zovi's beaten me to it...

@Misael.K - I think DDR does a lot of compression. Either that, or my entrant has still left some ringing in people's ears.....

@Everyone - Thanks for all the kind words, even if some were critical. This is not going to be a frequent thing, so you don't need to worry....

Also while i'm here:

@Everyone - What could be a good suggestion in regards to the profile loading, is that we could have 5-10 of the most recent entries in waveform, and the rest as basic hyperlinks. What do peeps think about that?

@Arcana - I might have only joined in 2018, but i do have a lot of free time, which allows me to participate here a lot. That, and i make so much music, i end up getting lost in a sea of beats, so it's good to have an outlet to share it all.

@Misael.K - If 90MC wasn't a thing, and i was too tired to sleep, i would miss out on 2 whole compos, but both exist, and so naturally i feel compelled into music making. I enjoy it though, it's good fun.

@Arcana - I have a twitch actually, but i haven't worked out how to master the streaming yet, because i can only confidently record 1 screen at a time. I don't have good enough audio to record my voice, nor do i have the facility to show my face live on camera. The only thing i can do at the moment is record my laptop screen.

Now Then.

TheVideoGamer - You get the picture by now, it's 13 minutes, and not a minute goes by without loud pulsating beats. There's 3 significant elements to talk about here. We have 2 chords non-stop, but with a lot of different voicings to create 1 full blown atmospheric texture. The second is the beats, which consist of a full blown distorted 808 kick, varying degree of snare drums and claps, as well as a symphony of percussive beats, all playing more or less random grooves, similar to how a live drummer would play it. There is about 7-8 channels of percussive sounds, each with it's own purpose, all while the kick plays a consistent 4/4 pulse. The last element is the arps, which are mostly in 8th note unison, and get filtered in and out, as a kind of similar to a 303 or acid synth. The rest is building from that, but for the most part, everything remains unchanged. It is a polarizing entry, i've already established that through my replies. I just hope you got something out of it....

ThaTaskmasta - South Park this time, not Family Guy.....

Lyra_183 - I'll say, it is the best thing you've made. The piano loops are lovely! Maybe you could try mixing instruments with your voice, to make a full song. Just keep at it, and we'll get there! Well done!

DrumJ8 - Is that Seven Nation Army reference there lol. It's a little too simple for my taste, but i dig the grooves. Good job!

cotmm68030 - Haha this is awesome, i love the grooves and your manipulated voice. I'm wondering what everyone thought of you, when they saw you sticking your head in the washing machine with a microphone in your hand haha....this made me chuckle, well done!

DarkShadow - I really don't know what your genre is to be honest, other than...crazy....

Souperion - I didn't know socks were a product of rural Texan Banjo farmers? Weirdly makes me lol. Dig the melodies though a lot, this is super nicely done. Well done!

DJ_KonamiCommand - Vibezzzzz. I seriously want to know where you are getting your vocal samples from, they're amazing. It works super well with the track. The grooves are amazing in this one. All i can say is, well done!

Suzumebachi - I'm just grateful you've submitted to be honest, even if it barely goes over 30 seconds. Good job!

Wasup Thunder - Good ol' Wassup and his Eurobeat/Rock vibes. You always have a knack for some seriously good melodic ideas. I enjoyed this one thoroughly, well done!

DDRKirby(ISQ) - Classic DDR funky vibes. I really dig the bitcrushed elements here. Not sure what to think to be honest, i just really enjoy the groove so much, but it's hard to exactly form it in words because of the different unique elements, There is one thing that sets it down slightly, and that is the FL stock voices. I don't think they have aged well, however I'd argue that one is a little on the minor side. The arrangement is amazing though, well done!

NickC - Daaaam this is insane. I thought you were gonna do a full blown Venetian Snares, Making Orange Things experience, but then you slow it down with just a solo piano, and it all changes. This is another weirdly unique one, that i can't stop listening to. Amazing work!

Misael.K - I actually really dig your voice, it's lovely. There is makings of a songwriter in you. Personally, for this to shine, your voice is too quiet, and soft, but you sing very well, and the piano is amazing as always. Good job!

Arcana - You have such lovely backing tracks, and now that you are using more of your voice, there is so much potential showing, and this one is a perfect example. Your voice is working amazing well with this backing track. Amazing Work!

InvisibleObserver - Really nice chord progressions here, i love that melody, soo good. The melody is a highlight for sure. I think the drums are sadly loud in this one. but it's more so the melody is getting masked. I think the melody could be louder. Also the growls are also on the powerful side. But I'll give you this however, the melody was amazing, a highlight for sure! Good job!

Atmospherium - Oof the backing track goes hard! The rapping, when i first heard it, really took me by surprise. This could be the best use of your voice i've ever heard so far. Your rapping is super good. I also dig the vocoder sections as well, amazing balance between singing and rapping. This track is just....incredible work!
