LunacyEcho because it's a BANGER. The main lead is well done even though it has this exaggerated, almost silly intonation to it. It's theatre worthy.

starla also wrote a banger. I really wanted a return to the lyrics/melody after the break.

UsableCone: Welcome aboard! I liked this. It was very whimsical and beautiful and I'm not really a theory person but that augmented note in the 4th bar of the measure just adds that additional eeriness and instability even amongst the consonance. Great work.

Other random comments:

- NickC: It's a worthy kick. After the drop has potential. I think the synth in the drop could use more high end for that intensity of energy.

- MisaelK: A lot of repetition but I think doing so was an interesting way to add tension.

- johnfn: Really great percussion, added a lot to the mood

-coral: That was totally jammin

-cotmm: Really great mood and amazing lyrics and delivery. Extremely creepy.

Ok why didn't my vote go in last time? It went to blank, and then said the round was still up, instead of voting. Whatever, let's hope it goes in this time.

@Misael.K - Just to let you know i do exist. I compo at 2am, which for many people, is bedtime. I essentially cash it in, then i sleep. Then i wake up, and catch up on the rest, including of course, the fun at the discord page.

TheVideoGamer - The description is pretty accurate. It's very much rhythm based, with only a chord fill, for well...a fill. Unlike standard hardcore beats or whatever, this has a more loose feel, and instead of it being 4/4, it becomes a 3/4 shuffle feel. It was really, beat, then switch, then rest, then resume beat. I keep hearing it's drum week, so i suppose this is my ode to it? I mean this kind of wood and trees, conjures up this vibe. I enjoyed it (As i do with a lot of my creations), so maybe you might too.

cotmm68030 - The bass is very deep and subby. That's a good thing. This has a one half horror movie soundtrack, and some kind of dark ambient feel. It's telling me to relax, but in a way where i feel someone is behind me. Really like this a lot, well done!

DarkShadow - As usual. Will say, the chords and melody are pretty dope here. Glad you ended it properly. I'm into this one, well done!

UsableCone - Only 50 seconds, but feels like some professional movie soundtrack material. I'm into it a lot, it's very whimsical. Well done!

ashka - Beautiful dude. Nearly every track you kill it. Love the ambient pads and bassline. Really works for a funky chill experience. Excellent work!

Arcana - I actually really enjoyed this. Really nice piano and choir combo. It was surprisingly balanced too. Well done!

coral - What the Honk is a MF Honk? The comic value is distracting. Shame because the beat is fire. However the honking is not honking for me. So i'm gonna honk this one out. Good job though!

DDRKirby(ISQ) - DDR on point with the retro NES sounds. Nothing bad here, just solid 8-bit grooves. Well done!

Skrullz - The piano is amazing here. Awesome use of chords. For a second i thought you were imitating Nukage when the build up came, but then it switches into a fast trance like beat. Awesome work!

starla - This be groovy. Lovely bass synths, and a nice tight beat. Nothing bad here, well done!

Misael.K - I really like this. The piano is dark, but has an underlying aggressive quality, and the beats were unique. For me, it feels too consistent. Beats could maybe be a touch louder, and introduce some kind of pause, since it's a little loud and consistent throughout. Still though, the melodic ideas were great so, good job!

NickC - Loving the trance vibe dude. Some melodic ideas (Mainly the ambient guitar) end up overpowering the main bass and beat combo (Which is really fire by the way), but nothing stood out as jarring. Well done!

johnfn - Really beautiful melodies here. Very soft, but with a great use of intensity. Awesome use of structure too. This was just dope. Awesome work!

LunacyEcho - I think your fluctuating a bit in the lyrics lol. Rapping is not easy, and can have you loose out of breath quickly. Luckily it wasn't too off putting, just moments where it goes off the grid. Backing track was really nice. In this instance i don't mind the beats being more in the background. Works quite well. Well done!

GreyHooves - Really great use of ethnic instrumentation! It feels almost like a distant futuristic china city or something. The pace was slow for me however. It doesn't pick up until about 1-2 minutes in. Maybe shorten this, and it would be fire. Good job though!

JH Sounds - Just a man and his acoustic guitar! Nothing wrong with that. You guitar playing was rock solid, and the vocals were slightly soothing. Nice chords also. Well done!

LunacyEcho: I wish I could do an entry like this.

Arcana: one of your best entries so far, I'd say. The warm sounds, the gentle melodies. This nails the theme, too.

NickC: my face has melted.

I'll be providing a brief commentary on the tracks I liked the most. :D

If I don't have a comment for your track, It's not because it's bad, It's just because I don't like that particular kind or style of music, so it's hard for me to be objective of it :P

Usable Cone: I do like the feel and the instrumentation. I think it's a good piece, but I don't see it fitting the theme at all.

Ashka: Very Funky. I like it, but I feel like the longer it goes on the more it strays from the theme, becoming maybe more.... spacey? Good track tho.

Arcana: Very Morose, a good somber vibe you've got here. This definitely matches the theme very well, nice job.

DDRKirby(ISQ): This feels very... megamanny in a way. Like, the setting feels high tech, especially with the percussion.

Misael.K: You know, for some reason this reminds me of Secret of Evermore. Might be the motif or the sound design, but I get that vibe. Kinda feels like a mix between Gothica and Omnitopia.

Johnfn: This is a nice track, but it doesn't feel relevant to the theme. Very smooth and chill, It makes me think Aquatic Ambience from Konky Dong Country.

LunacyEcho: The vocal performance really carries this to the top. I normally don't care much for lyrics in music, but this is a really solid track.
