The Observant Raindrop was both thematic, and the most complete piece in some respects. It had a very solid ending.

I Can See Right Through Her is a good song, with excellent sound design, but the fade out seems like a bit of a cop-out.

I like the Dances of the Crystal Ball, but the attack on the electric guitar is a bit too heavy. It wants purer sound for this sort of piece.

1) "Crystal Ball View After the Battle" - I love the cinematic feel, and use of drums. And those long notes are just heartwrenching. Everything moves and flows well in this.

2) "OHC 399 Out With The Tide 2" - I wasn't particularly drawn to this one at first, but it grew on me a lot. Mostly because the bends make it sound really tragic, but also beautiful, just like the first "Out With the Tide" did.

3) "I Can See Right Through Her" - I love the RPG feel to this; the instruments blend well here and the chromatics are good.

"The Dances of the Crystal Ball", "Glass Testes" and "Confusion" also had some nice or interesting elements to them and I had seriously considered giving them the vote as well. It was a good, but short round this week.

Random-storykeeper: very Satie-like. Pretty tunes all around, lovely chords. A bit crunchy at times.

Shitbird: great metal, and great tone on the lead. The FM bass was cool. It sadly feels too short!

Koekepan: a very spacey entry, good organ sounds. I think some better play of tension-release would benefit this.

awesum: Koekepan, Random-storykeeper, Shitbird.
good: Arcana, Patashu, TinyCastleGuy.
