Surprisingly good entries in some ways, but the standout was MandraSigma's for being both on-topic, and having that compelling percussion.

Misael.K's was excellent for having a human theme, but a little cliched.

Arcana was also very good, but the dance music style drumming did not really seem like a good fit for me.

I spent the week wondering why the music seemed so soft and it turns out, I forgot to turn the volume up on the players. :O

Anywho, moving on

"So Vast" - Despite its length, it really delivers a lot of good buildup. The percussion made me think of a grand nature panning shot for some reason, which I thought suits the theme well.

"Turn Around And Stay With Me" - This piece adds just enough variation upon its continuum to not come across as being repetitive and boring. It didn't remind me of the theme that much but it did remind of something a lot larger than the shots shown in the theme. I will say though that the description was appropriately fitting, so I will give you props on that.

"Valley village" - The rest of the entries seemed on par with third place for me this week, but I chose "Valley village" because it did capture the idea of a small town/village musically for me.

Other mentions:

"Geological Fate" - It comes across more eerie than earthy. It could have used more of a wind sound effect or some low percussion; I'm not sure exactly what it's called. Just something to keep it more "grounded".

"OHC 360 Come To Me, Atlantis" - I liked the sound of this but it sounded kind of safe?

"bad time management case #4179" - I enjoyed how loose and carefree it was.

Koekepan: your atmospheres are usually on-point. Feels like I'm in a huge desolated place.

Random-storykeeper: nice melodies, and nice sounds. Everything is warm, which helps to set the "vast" mood.

MandraSigma: this is very good, I like the subtle sense of adventure this inspires. But it's too short!
