They are all really solid entries, but after considering, i think StudioPandaParis deserves his first MnP win. Let's go through the top.

StudioPandaParis - As your title implies it's an orchestral arrangement of the source, and a solid one it is.. Nice use of bass and ride cymbals, in a way it gives me a more jazz impression. Of course it's not jazz, but you've hinted at it, and that's good. I like the pacing, moving from soft calming sections, to more drum heavy approaches. It's a great arrangement, but sadly it's missing some things. There is a general lack of reverb in the mix, mainly in some instruments like the strings. It wasn't as convincing, with out it, but it doesn't make it as bad. Also if it was me, i'd have the strings fade in, for something more dynamic, but apart from that, you've proven you can make a solid MnP rework of the track. Bonus points for that lovely choir. I don't know if it's real or not, but i love it. Highlight of the track.

KlevarKoopa - Orchestral music isn't always everything, showcased through your choice of synths over strings. Pads over horns. Leads over woodwinds. It actually reminds me of Vangelis in areas. Especially with your choice of rich dynamic synth swells. The sound design here is beautiful here, and creates a lovely rich lush atmosphere. The only complaint is that it's too synth-y, but the tempo and feel is there, so i won't say it's out of the realm of the MnP range. Still though it was the sound design that worked with the melody. I really love some of your synth choices. The only main gripe i have really, is a lot of the sounds are constrained. Not dynamically varied, even though they are absolutely beautiful sounds. Maybe try more orchestral instruments and it could work, but for the most part, well done!

HoboKa - It was tough deciding between you and Klevar. Both were solid entries. In the case of this though, i lent more towards your entry for second place as it kept the spirit of source, without loosing originality. For this to be a top notch entry, it needs bass, something lacking here, but on a positive note, i love your piano. The piano is amazing here. Justified well. Strings sound a bit too artificial for me, unfortunately but the rest is great. The piano actually creates a more soothing vibe as a whole. Other entries used a piano in conjunction with the orchestra/synths, while this is the main star. That's a good thing, not just for MnP, but it's also what i liked about the original. Again, add bass, and make the strings more natural, but still great job on your entry! Well done!

First off, I really enjoyed both entries. It was quite difficult to choose first and second place here.

hoboka - Cleanly produced and very enjoyable! I especially enjoyed the backing strings (nice choir, too) you had going throughout the song.

StudioPandaParis - Excellent atmosphere! I felt like I was winding down and looking out at the ocean during a clear and calm evening from inside a beachside house.

Finally - welcome, once again, to MnP, StudioPandaParis!
