@Vaia - If your wondering the tempo is 200bpm. It's a fast drum and bass track, bordering on Breakcore. Just trying to subvert expectations lol.
@CotMM - Mainly subs that are doing the work of the bass, as ambience is the goal.

Now then...
TheVideoGamer - You picked an amazing theme for a Compo that just barely scrapes 6 people. This should have been reserved for something special, i was not ready for a theme this good. I have a personal bias towards beautiful colourful images, and in a way, kind of wholesome moments too. Long story short this image made me so inspired, i made a beautiful ambient track, that goes against some fast hard-hitting DnB beats. It's not mean to be aggressive or designed to get you moving, it's more so something to chill with. Relaxing music for a purpose. I love what i've done here, i made sure the melodies were beautiful to match. Sometimes i listen back and thing, i've not done enough for some of the images here. E.G OHC Round 634 could have been better, even though i love it. It's just that kind of image....i'm probably boring you now lol. Point being, i love it and i hope you do too.
JohnGabrielUK - Is it really the Drowning theme? I mean that only uses 2 notes ascending in tempo, which you can find in so many compositions. I don't even think it's a composition lol, it's just a 2 note jingle. Not saying that as a negative, it's more so just...confusion for me. The melodies were beautiful though, you took something usually dissonant and made it very emotionally charged, well done!
cotmm68030 - YOU MADE THIS IN 15 MINUTES!? It's way too long to be 15 minutes, i was expecting more like 40. (2:42 is long for me) The drums were very nice and compressed, almost like industrial music (Or some kind of heavy Dubstep vibe i don't know). The basslines were a little flat for the intensity of the drums personally, but the whole idea was very cool. Great job for such a short amount of time!
Lyra_183 - Shame you didn't get the inspiration you wanted. Although i've made tracks that suck (The previous round showcases this well), i often think of it as a chance to try again or learn. Keep at it though, it wasn't as bad as you think. Good job!
Vaiaphraim - Very spacious and deep. It has elements that i would expect coming from you, but also some original unique ideas, that actually sound really cool. The synth trumpet thing is a little odd to me, and it's not so much i hate it, but it's more so the melody just doesn't feel...unified personally. I also love how it's trying to slowly shift into something warm. From the start and in the middle you showcase a sense of intense urgency, but then the chords come in, and it's more brighter and...emotionally charged? I assume it's to account for the couple in the photos. I really enjoyed this a lot, well done!
Sansero - Nice string work, especially in the last chord, that's a nice way to switch up the predictable. Great sombre feel, i like the main melody synth patch. It makes it quite...cinematic to a degree more human. The whole thing is well produced. Well done!
