Hey guys I’m on a 2 week holiday so chances of participating are basically non existent, hence why there’s no entry from me. But I can vote and write thoughts down so let’s do that. It will all be on mobile so forgive my spelling.

AthanThatGuy - Already starting hard with the subs. That 808 is massive. The synth work here is awesome too. Not often you hear Athan go first, but I am away so lol. Wonderful growls, amazing mix, I just love it. Well done!

PlumpVulture - Welcome new person! Or I assume new, I don’t know everyone here lol.  Loving that swing beat, we got a gritty thing going on. It’s nice to hear a more love bad sound for a hip hop like beat. Guitar tones are sick, it blurs the line between rock and hip-hop the vibe is just dark but well produced. The background synths are lovely too. Mix is on the quieter side, but that’s a minor nitpick for me. Absolutely loved it, well done!

Eidolon Ethos - That is one dark pad, I feel like I’m in a horror game. The piano work is super dynamic too, there is a lot of movement between synths and the piano. The overall sound is spicy as hell, it’s hard to tell the exact chords used, because there is just so much going on but in a good way. It’s not entirely dissonant but it feels like that. Regardless this is very cool, and the best is nicely mixed. I loved it, well done!

Adreqi - Loving these delayed synths. Got that mysterious vibe going. That piano is very deep, it rattles my brain a little. The track is super dynamic, love the slow buildup of it all, it really adds to the atmosphere. Killer choir, very angelic. This track is just so good, it’s slow and moody but packs a lot. That beat is also just so good too, absolutely loved it. Well done!

Vaiaphraim - Chiptune master is back. I love the stabby melodies in this one, it’s kind of techno but done with Chiptune. Whole thing is catchy, lots of lovely melodies and harmonies it’s great. There is a lot more basslines in this one compared to a standard Vaia Chiptune piece, but that’s more than ok by me. Wonderful melodies, well done!

Jett Swole -  Now that is one good guitar tone, it’s so clean and vibrant I love it. The drums are very quiet in this, might as well not exist lol, but the guitars are so good. I also love the vocals, it properly gives me Iron Maiden vibes, the track is just great. Stronger drums aside, everything about this is soo great. Loved it, well done!

Coolgreenapple - Now this is a 180, the track is a more softer rock, with a Teenagebeard style vocal performance. I love the chords in this, very mellow and smooth and the singing is great. Also love the guitar solo to boot, it’s very catchy stuff. The vibe is just perfect, nothing else to say I absolutely loved it. Well done!

Relax.D - This beat reminds me of Tyler the Creator I don’t know why. It’s quite hard and distorted but that’s to the charm. The beat is borderline IDM, it’s strange but soo cool. Killer vocal performance too, it matches the insanity of the beat. Really cool, I loved it, well done!

Nukage - Way to start the track, such a dark piano sound, I feel like I’ve awoken a beast. Big sucker for breakbeats but I except this might be metal sounding not DnB even though I like DnB. The pads are creepy but not too dissonant. I was right about the drum and bass part. This is excellent mixing. I could not stop head-banging it hits so hard. Yes it’s overtly distorted but for this style it’s needed. Absolutely fantastic growls and drums, well done!

Lukeloww - Last one of the round! Love the filtered intro, great way to kick off the track. Your chord progressions are always soo cool, a mix of chill but spicy. I wasn’t expecting these kinds of vocal effects, usually you just sing straight into the mic, but instead we got a more close up alien like voice and it sounds great. The noodles are awesome and the drums bang. I love this one, it’s kind of jazzy but soothing. Amazing stuff, well done!
