I am a noob with drums, bass, any virtual instrument ever, and all arranging. Advice on this stuff v welcome! I mostly don't know what I'm doing.

When I fell for you

I fell into you

You pulled me out of myself

When I saw you

I fell into you

It's just that I became somebody else

You're in my body

You're in my cells

You've gotten into my bloodstream

I hope you can tell

This is my first entry in 2HTS! ProTools, my midi keyboard, my internet and Focusrite all crapped out on me so I gave up and this is literally a one-take voice memo with a guitar, so be kind :) The first line is missing because I accidentally recorded over it. There is no avocado in it because I failed to work it in in the slightest.

Lyrics:
My momma grew up in a trailer park

Her momma was seventeen when she had her

But she grew up on the water

And the water would freeze over

And she'd be playing by herself

But there'd be fireflies to greet her

When she stepped outside

My momma grew up without a daddy

And she played the role quite well

And when the time came for my turn

I learned the lines like she did

My momma grew up in a time

When being big meant you were crazy

And her momma knew it too

And her momma knew it too

My momma grew up in a way

That left an imprint on my chest

No matter how deep I excavate

It's planted at the beginning

My brother came to me to say

Will you still love me if I'm crazy?

Cos my brother knows it too

And my sister knows it too

My momma grew up in a trailer park

Where being big meant you were crazy

And her momma knew it too

And her momma knew it too

My momma grew up in a trailer park

Where being big meant you were crazy

And her momma knew it too
