I think my track rules. Showroom's track was really creative. just64helpin's track is also cool but I don't think is as cool as the others.

Showroom Dummy - The intro is good, I like the way you 'get' to the source. Nice samples. The ending is long.
Obtuse - Good start in PRC, welcome. I like the bass and the trancy samples are good. Nice variation with the source. The song's a little slow. The song misses an ending.
Just64helpin - I like the start. This song is nice and relaxing. Not much variation in the samples, but the samples are good. Good end.

Dummy's had the best variation on the source of the three and the style kept true throughout the mix. j64's mix too kept consistent but it just didn't grab my attention as well. Obtuse gets third simply because of how the mix changes styles between original composition and when the source material comes in; had he kept it all in the starting trance style he'd have had first easy.

Hm, toughie. Both entries take the source down interesting paths, but I think Showroom_Dummy's is a smidgen more refined. Congrats Obtuse on your first PRC entry.

First place for obtuse, nice melodies but I think the main lead was too raw.

Second for Just64 it was a nice mix I think it could have used more variation.

It was a close call between the two.
