evktalo, I loved the contrast created by having the clean piano sound carrying the rhythm, particularly 0:32 and on. Overall a cool choice of sounds, too

OneUp, nice mix, overall I really enjoyed it! What knocked it down a notch for me were the monotone bass from 0:52-1:11 just didn't jive to me and the ending felt a tad too forced

Both were fun mixes to listen to and it was hard to make a choice

Evktalo - It's a short and simple song, but the style is good and asks for more.
OneUp - I didn't like the intro and end very much (a bit too direct), but I liked the rest of it a lot; I like the way you played around with the source.

Very cool(umns) genre adaptation, surprised me, works really well! I like those old school super fast arpeggios on those arpeggios.

I really REALLY like both entries but OneUp's is obviously the most complete one. With that in mind my first place goes to OneUp, though Eino's will be awesome if he finishes it.
