evktalo: A bit too much of a straight cover, and yeah, that organ sound is not a good one. With a different lead instrument I think this would have been pretty enjoyable.

Garpocalypse: Nice! Surprised that this one hasn't been done before, it's a great source. Yours is a solid arrangement, with great production and interpretation. I really have no complaints, except that it does drag on a little.

Desolation Sound: You're right, these sources go together well. This piece drags on, too, and I'm not crazy about the E-bow effect, but otherwise this is very good.

Yami: It's a solid start, but yeah, it's too short and the production needs quite a bit of work. I like the idea and the arrangement so far, but it definitely needs to be cleaned up before it achieves that compelling "haunted house" factor.

Desolation Sound - This style works very well for this song, good combination of sources. The song is a bit too long, but doesn't lack variation. Very good work.
Evktalo - This song has some problems you already mentioned in the description, but it had some good ideas.
Garpocalypse - The night falls, so it's time to listen to this song:P. It's a very relaxing song and it didn't bore me at any moment.
Yami - The fun of PRC is the difference of genres in one compo. Some synths are too loud and drums come in abrupt, but I like it, especially the part around 1:00. The end is abrupt too.
MindWanderer - The Chinese style is very funny however some instruments are a little annoying at some parts. The song is a tiny bit too long.

Running out of Time was pretty well developed and ambitious with three sources.
Enter the Evil Doctor was short but made good use of the instruments that were chosen.
The Tears of Moura had a pretty abrasive piano and very distracting pad but otherwise was enjoyable to listen to.

Pretty good round!

Running Out of Time - great stuff. The fusion of the sources is pretty much seamless. I've always loved loved loved Freia's theme so that's a personal bias plus. Good mood throughout. Perhaps a little repetitive towards the end, but the mood is very enjoyable so it offsets that. I liked the percussion.

As The Town Sleeps - perfectly solid mix in all accounts. Fully rounded arrangement and, as far as I can tell, decent new age -style production. It came down to personal taste to decide between the first two picks.

Flip Side of the World - The sources seem to combine well. I also like the frame/limitation you set for yourself with Chinese instruments only. I think it's workable. The sequencing is pretty rigid/unrealistic, and the mix is empty, dry and unbalanced at several points (for instance, the percussion is nearly inaudible for most of the track). The meat of the piece - the arrangement was pretty good, with good instrument changes and so on throughout. Even with technical shortcomings, the track was a lot of fun to listen to.

Enter the Evil Doctor - interesting source pick, sounds like there's a lot of good material in there to use. The track is obviously quite unfinished, but there's a lot of potential in there.

Oh man, how ridiculously horrible the organ is in my track.. not only it is way too loud, it's also hard to make out the rhythm of the melody. I don't know what I was thinking. :D

Voted mainly on how complete songs sounded with regards to balance and flow.
MindWanderer; a lot of those sounds don't quite gel with each other in their respective roles. What you attempted was ambitious, but didn't quite click together. Interesting Gravity man take though.
Garpocalypse: Really well done. Very chill vibe and a very solid all around mix. Sometimes I felt the string pads took too much of a forward presence, but that's a small nitpick to say the least.
Desolation Sound: Good ideas but it feels a little bit midmuddled in areas. Fun listen.
Evtkalo: A little short and a messy attack vs. sustain lead that I did not really care for.
Yami: Very short and very sparse. I think the wideness of the lead is undesirable in such an empty soundscape.
