  1. coloradoweeks for the voice. Very lovely layers on the vocal parts
  2. DDRKirby for the super solid chiptune that really nailed a harvest theme
  3. THEGREATDESTROYER for that really cool and creepy and atmospheric track that kind of invoked a lot of spooky and scary emotions. Nice work at establishing that overall and for keeping it evolving throughout

@Misael.K - Funny how? Like i'm a clown?

@Arcana - Why is everyone finding this funny i don't understand lol. It's a perfectly normal track. I haven't done a troll for a long time now.

@Misael.K - Everyone out here calling my track cheesy, lul wut. I didn't know folk guitar samples are now called cheesy. It's a 3/4 beat by the ways, didn't do any funny business.

@Arcana - Ok seriously, how is this cheesy wth lol. I just made a normal track, is it the combination of the flute melodies and the guitar? It is a child like melody, but it's definately not even supposed to be silly, you guys come up with the wackiest conclusions haha.

@Everyone - Ok the GIFS were cute, i'll give you that.

@updlate - That's kind of you, thank you :)

@Arcana - I guess it is lol, but it wasn't intentional.

@Misael.K - The guy got tired, and decided to quit lol.

@updlate - Thanks for the love man!

@Everyone - Thanks for the kind words!

Now then...

TheVideoGamer - So apparently people find this cheesy, which i don't know if i should laugh at that or be insulted lol. I mean the melody is very child like, but it's not designed to be cheesy, unless you listen to the track whilst eating a piece of cheese, but that's clearly not what you meant lol. The track is honestly a simple one, with the goal just to have it well....pass you by. You are not looking for anything huge in this piece, no major changes. It's just a track that you put on, lay back and let the sweet wholesome folky vibes transcend you whilst also vibing to the smoot-ish 3/4 beat. The beat is quite a groovy syncopated one, but done with drum sounds that are designed to be light and airy as much as it is dense and groovy. There is different shades of piano material that match depending on the section, as well as some various melody ideas on different instruments that also work depending on the section. Is it spectacular? No it's designed to be simple and wholesome, in what is essentially my take on the theme. Although pumpkins are scary at Halloween, they elicit a bit of a nice relaxing feel when paired up with autumn. Oh well glad you liked it anyways!

Lyra_183 - I'm loving how you are starting to form some catchy rhythmical melodies in your singing, almost like it's some form of repeating hook. It's great. You are really making great progress everytime i hear you, keep at it! Good job!

cotmm68030 - Some really cool textures here, definately has that signature deep sound, but this time were in a cave, and there is some melodic ideas trying to come through, despite the aggressive deep sine wave kind of sound. It has a lot of really cool chords in this, that really make it both relaxing and kind of unsettling. Dark Ambient for you to sleep to basically lol. It's not melodically rich, as the textures do take over, but at the same time, it's quite....calming. It's a really interesting contrast. I love how the sounds fade in and out dynamically, so you get a lot of great light and shade parts. Honestly this was great, i loved it, definately voting worthy, awesome work!

BJKMenu - Ooh this is funky. Got a lovely intro fill, and a kind of country influence, in the mist of all of this funky rock stuff. Great chords and a lovely melody, this is very catchy, and kind of works well with the theme. Great call-backs to the other pieces too, this is just really good. Bass is heavy in this, but i consider it a major element to the piece, and thus needs a lot of attention. Honestly this is just great, definately voting worthy, awesome work!

DarkShadow - Ooh this is very...gritty for a DarkShadow entry. When the chords come in my ears....really do take a beat. I know you're known for stuff like this, but were especially crispy today. It's full on clipping, especially for DarkShadow. I know the waveform looks deceiving, but it's very distorted this week. Not my favourite from you, but good job!

Koekepan - Sweet electric piano and ocean like noises, lots of chill stuff so far. Kind of mellow, but still has a little bit of mild intensity. It almost feels like we belong at a beach or something, yet this theme is of a pumpkin patch lol. Lots of cool notes, great use of sounds. The only thing that put me off if i have to be honest is the ocean noises. They're a bit on the aggressive side, especially since it's continuous throughout. But i really dig the rest, it's really good. Like that this is 3 minutes, as 5 minutes might be a bit too long for this. Good job though!

DDRKirby(ISQ) - Ooh cute chiptune! And also in 3/4 just like mine. Is this a chiptune waltz? Wow this is cute, and uplifting, but has a really vibrant melody. For some reason you also went for the ocean noises lol. This is great! I don't know why people don't think this is cheesy (Not my opinion, just what people said about my track). This is soo good, amazing changes, super happy and fun, so good i picked you 2nd! Incredible work!

Ok so i was doing voting at 12:30am, because i had a lot on that prevented me from doing so, so from here on, i'm afraid i won't be listening to these in it's entirety, as i haven't got the time, so i might be rushing this. I am so sorry to those affected, this is not what i usually do. Thanks for your understanding!

updlate - Interesting vibrato intro, it's very weird and almost demented lol. It does kind of make it a bit more tonal when the beats come in, because you introduce other elements to it. It's pretty great, although i do wish the vibrato wasn't so strong, it makes the melody a bit too...dissonant. The drop is quite sharp in regards to dynamics. Going from loud to very quiet. Lots of potential, good job!

obScene - Damn more happy music! These chords are gorgeous, i love the harpsichord elements in this. Soo pretty, and uplifting, this is just soo...wonderful. Absolutely love the cinematic sheen in this, despite it being super happy. Lovely stuff, in fact i relistened, and it was much better, absolutely theme fitting, and pretty, i ended picking you first i loved it. Incredible work!

Dex - Country Dex, i like this side. Lots of sweet guitar licks, and a really nice happy melody. The only thing i would change is the drum sound, you've picked for a more rock like drum sound, which makes this super frantic, instead of calming. Just me though. Another thing i would include is a violin melody, i feel it needs a fiddle/violin melody to seal the deal. Still though, this was great, good job!

THEGREATDESTROYER22 - Not what i was expecting for this theme, but damn i gotta say i'm really impressed. For 6 minutes you really introduce so much to it, i definately feel like i'm in a nightmare but for pumpkins. The ending was a bit...underwhelming i do understand time limits, but you could have ended the same way as the intro, with a reverb fade out. I like how you managed to introduce a lot of variations, it isn't just a static loop throughout. Not theme fitting, but honestly i am willing to give you this, i thoroughly enjoyed it! Well done!

JH Sounds - Blame me for my rushing of the voting, if you don't like what i've written. I'm sorry. Great piano licks and guitar. Really compliments the light poppy drum kit. Cool changes too, you sort of do a Duke Ellington style circle of 5th's thing, it's actually great. I like the length too, not too repetitive, great melodies, well done!

elbobbo_music - Welcome back dude, i missed you! Super pretty trance chords and arps, great beat, super ravey. Bassline a bit on the boomy side, but nothing like overkill. Lots of cool white noise effects too. Everything else was great, however the bassline was a bit much for me, bit too deep. Sorry dude, but good job!

I am not doing well for time, so this is probably gonna be insanely rushed, i am so sorry :(

NickC - Cool distorted sine wave arps and melodies, it's a mix of something creepy and sort of chill. Not happy at all, if anything it reminds me of obScene. Bloody hell that ending was insane mate, i can handle bass of thick proportions, but this immediately made me turn the music off, it was extremely painful. So sorry dude, but that alone makes it a good job. Sorry.

Coloradoweeks - Ooh folksy. Kind of feels like a mix of Guitar and Ukulele. I'm digging these chords, lots of airy vocals too, amazing for your voice. Singing is amazing as usual. I mean i say this every week lol. The one thing i will say, and feel free to yell at me as i am rushing this (Because i am stupid and haven't used my brain very well), it's only 2 chords. Which can work don't get me wrong, but i feel like you could add some seasonings to these chords, to really make it pop and sing, because it's the same 2 chords. You could prop it up and make it a bit more...mystical maybe. The rest though makes up for it, so even with my rushed critiques, i'll still give you this one. Well done!

Arcana - This is some really cool techno stuff. There is a impact at the start of each bar, that is a bit bass heavy, maybe not intentional. The chime stuff is really good, lovely use of reverb. It's ok, you don't need to sing every week. I'm just glad you submitted, unlike me where i'm currently half-ass-ing a vote. Lots of mixing potential here, some parts are too heavy on the mix, almost full on bass heavy. Still enjoyed it though!

Misael.K - Oh god i have 10 minutes left, and Misael.K did a 6 minuter. GONNA HAVE TO SPEED THIS UP, SO SORRY! This is super cool! The chords are in the Lydian scale right? This is really nice piano vamps super pretty stuff. You almost fooled me this was a single chord, until around 3 minute we got some changes. Definately into the background pads, adds a nice texture to the whole thing. Super pretty, definately fun stuff. Really loved this, super enjoyable! So good i picked you 3rd, amazing work!

Top 3 - obScene, DDRKirby(ISQ), Misael.K.

NEXT TIME I WILL TRY AND SET ASIDE A DATE TO DO SOME PROPER VOTING, NOT THIS HALF BAKED CRAP.

Thanks all for being so understanding, you guys are amazing!
