@Arcana - Ambient DnB is probably the best descriptor, however i will contest there is another genre called Liquid DnB which is similar, but more like Jazz/Soul music.

@Atmospherium - DazeN....ok yours is better.

@Misael.K - Primarily reversed drum breaks, for the fills.

@Arcana - I'm not the VG you used to know haha. No but in all seriousness, i've made stuff like this before, however i think i've had a tendency to go for more aggressive production. Not my fault per-say, but more so the production choices tend to represent the genre i pick, some intentional, some accidental.

@Misael.K - Oh god nostalgic flashbacks, Ape Escape was my jam.

@Souperion - The Rollercoaster Experience ya know? lol.

@Atmospherium - Ambient chill is the best chill.

@Everyone - Feedback is very positive, i'm grateful for the kind words!

@Misael.K - I don't think it's because i mix loud, but more so i pick more aggressive genres when making music. For example, gabber is a very loud genre by default, likewise with DnB, Noise music, Metal etc...

@Everyone - Thanks for the kind words!

TheVideoGamer - The images shown here were extremely dark, and i could say horror like. The combination of the dark shadows (Pun not intended lol) and the red glow, inspired me to go into some super atmospheric territories, making sure that a full use of ambient textures is used. To keep it going and to enhance the texture, i added DnB breaks just to bring a touch of groove to it. The ambience is the strong part, since different layers of pads and bells are kind of weaving in and out, fulfilling the purpose of a glowy dark forest. Super proud of this one, and i hope you are too.

cotmm68030 - I dig this a lot. Very spacious and fitting, and also weirdly melodic too. Maybe kind of happy? It's very distant, with lots of great movement. Ending is a little abrupt, but it wasn't a big deal. All in all, well done!

Lyra_183 - Am i supposed to figure out the song this time? Or is this an original one? If so, great lyrics, and nice voice. Ending took me by surprise lol. Also it suddenly ends too. I feel like this could work well in the context of a beat, but as it stands to reason, good job! Keep at it!

DarkShadow - Woah you are reinventing yourself!? Man i love it when you try something new and take risks. This feels like a SNES composition, and definitely a nice one too. In love with this one a lot, well done!

Souperion - Rock Orchestra now from the ol' Soup. Always a fan of your string melodies, they bring a breath of life to the track. I like the drums here, the tom fills especially. I feel like the only gripe i have, is minor mixing touches, primarily in the drums. The snare is getting lost in the mist of all the orchestral work, but at the same time, the kick is very forward and in your face. At that point though, i feel like i'm nit-picking, well done!

Koekepan - What no 20 minute entry? Am i looking at a fake Koekepan? I thought you would go to town for a good 10 minutes lol. Really nice nonetheless, very spacious, but also very short too, this is definitely the kind of track, that would go on for 10 minutes. Still though, very nice work, loved it a lot. Well done!

Suzumebachi - Very sweet and juicy electronic textures, all against some heavy metal backing. Great juxtaposition i love it. The synth melody really feels like something. Now this is probably more of a VG thing to say, but i feel the drums are a bit much on the high-end, a little too sharp. Shame because the rest is awesome, the guitar sounds work amazingly well, especially with the lovely synths. Also we only hear the rock parts for a short period of time, the rest is just ambient sound design. Good job though!

DDRKirby(ISQ) - Continuing your SNES experiments eh? I'm absolutely all for it, you make fire melodies, and this is no exception. I obviously got the memo about this being taken from a SPC, as it's not a direct 1-1 SNES composition. Makes sense, because the SNES is known for it's poor quality samples, making it harder to sound really good. (No hate there, it's more or less the truth..) Enough rambling, love this a lot, well done!

Atmospherium - Very noisy track, lots of industrial influences. Very Trent Renzor esq (Almost directly influenced by NIN). The vocals really being this to life, it's such a really good listen. Super dark, super aggressive and just awesome production. Excellent work!

koboldskeep - Live piano? Ooh, i like that. The chords are definitely something, really well produced harmony. A bit short, but well done!

Misael.K - What a chord progression man, it's very baroque inspired. It's obvious your trying to imitate a harpsichord with a synth. The sound design is awesome here, i love the direction your taking me, the melodies are just soo good. Horror movie music feels too, instantly reminds me of John Carpenter. Incredible Work!

obScene - What a coincidence yours starts on the same key. In a strange way it feels like part 2, ooh. Conspiracy Theory, but i think you secretly collaborated with Misael.K lol. String work is awesome, another horror movie like track. Really picks up the pace in the second half, (Very chiptune inspired) i really dig this a lot. Awesome work!

mcmiagblackmanisgod - I feel ignorant for not knowing who Paul Mooney is, but may his soul live on. Nice hip-hop beats here. Very simple for me, but others might like it. Good job!

NickC - Very nice metallic piano plucks here, has a dark Synthwave feel to it. It's quite a distorted entry, with a lot of crunch, however strangely it changes into a 3/4 shuffle towards the end. I have no clue what the chords are saying to me, it's very dissonant, and at times loud, but this could be a genre thing. Very abrupt ending too. Good job though!

Wassup Thunder - More tritones ooo. More rock orchestral goodness, really dig the cinematic vibes of it all. Super fitting to a sci-fi horror. That's a point, everyone went for a horror-movie aesthetic this week. I was probably the only one, who went for a complete synth piece. Then again i don't have the capacity to make solid orchestral pieces. Really dig the arrangement here, such lovely work. Spooky and kind of fitting, well done!

InvisibleObserver - Ooh cool sounds, partially experimental. I was kind of expecting the intro to go on for longer, i felt like this could have been an awesome ambient piece (My expectations are different to others i suppose). Still like it nonetheless. The drums do make this for me though, even if i like the intro. The melody that creeps in at the end is an awesome touch, i dig it a lot. The balance here is just right too, honestly i'd argue and say this is the best entry you've composed in a while, because it all sits just right in the mix. Nothing piercing, but nothing too soft. Welcome to the awesome category dude! Well done!

Arcana - Nice tribal drum intro. The synths are really good here, lots of really nice syncopation here. It's a little drum heavy for me. I get what your doing, but i feel it could do with more focus on the melodies. Singing is good as usual, but very loud and forward. Ending is abrupt. Again i feel this is a lovely concept, that could be expanded and mixed into something awesome. Still like it though, good job!
