2:25 PM]Patashu:dragon fight by DarkShadow - cool sounds! this is like, one-off boss fight theme in an avante garde indie RPG (one of those earthbound likes you're seeing lots of nowadays). I enjoy that it sounds tense, oppressive and off-balance and it does cool things with arpeggios and syncopation and alternating which instrument is soloing.
[2:27 PM]Patashu:Tale of the Dragon by animatrix1490 - The mixture between bumbly FM synths and medival instruments amuses me greatly and makes me nostalgic for when that just was how game music sounded. Enjoying the way different instruments play off of and compliment each other.
[2:29 PM]Patashu:Foible & Fable - Miniboss Theme 1 by koboldskeep - This gives me immediate Dungeonmans vibes, just with a more synthy choice of instruments. Aggressive, oppressive and foreboding, and does so very well without needing to lean on booming bass or kicks. Nicely done!
[2:31 PM]Patashu:OHC589 Fire Crystal Spear by Patashu - My song! I wasn't working as efficiently as I'd like to (various reasons - rust, tired, had to take a bathroom break lmao) so the production value is struggling, but I love the soundscape of aggressive, hostile thrash metal squeezed into a mere four channels. I don't think I'll be publishing this elsewhere but I'm very happy I got this done (mere minutes left to finish up the loop)!
[2:34 PM]Patashu:Dragonfire by DDRKirby(ISQ) - Yep this is the DDRKirby I remember. Megaman stage vibes, bumpy and bouncy and fun, a party of a journey ahead. Solid as hell, evocative and catchy. (Also probably goals LOL, I'll have to think about what kinds of things I actually want to compose) Also as ever the amount of material you can churn out in an hour twenty is off the charts.

[2:40 PM]Patashu:Negotiations by ethansight - Trance vibes! I love this lead melody and the pads are nice and warm to compliment it. Nice chill layered vibes, piano adds a nice touch.
[2:43 PM]Patashu:The Discordant For the Wise by Arcana - Orchestral soundscape, moody and reflective, pleasant, thoughtful, foreboding, harbinger of tension in the future, yet uneasily maintained in the present. Enjoying the leads and arpeggios in the second half into the build. Veeery nice payoff/resolution.
[2:45 PM]Patashu:Dragon Battle by Dex - Thickly layered rock band and violins for some lovely dramatic hits. This is definitely the kind of music you play to herald shit about to be getting fucked up.
[2:49 PM]Patashu:The dragons we know by GreyHooves - Good mood/tension/amount of complexity. I feel like what it's missing are some chords in the rest of the song - the choir sounds suuuper nice playing them in the beginning, then it swaps to just single notes. I think something else ought to pick that up as a lead, and the choir (or some other kind of pad/texture) should find chords to play. All the clicky clangy bangy stuff is super cool, this is just what strikes me about it!

Dex - damn, what an epic piece. The guitar and drums work great together.
Patashu - holy damn it's like if Iron Maiden learned how to used famitracker
