There were so many great entries, I had to go by strong thematic relevance. The scenes were very static, rather than dramatic, so I had a bias against percussion or dramatic voice leading.

After that, clean structure and neat endings were what put Random-Storykeeper on top.

There were definitely a lot more "moody" pieces than I was expecting from this theme.

Lots of good entries tonight, with great interpretations of the autumn / winter theme. Great job everybody!

Other than my votes, special mentions to GreyHooves and lukeloww for some very good thematic entries.

1) "Flurries at the Threshold of Winter" - Sublime atmosphere throughout. I feel the snowflakes falling; I hear the ambient sounds of nature...just...great.

2) "fire waiting back at home" - I can't get enough of these vocals. I love the overall "home" feeling. It's like relaxing next to a lit fireplace.

3) "winter wonderland" - Because 2:42. The square lead. Those accompanying runs! This is the kind of winter feeling I love to hear in music.
