Sure, Nekofrog's was short...but it's the quality that matters. I feel this was the best song because, even though it was short, it was the most memorable out of the bunch.

For Beatdrop's, it really comes down to my liking of fast-paced techno music, and if you look in the bunch...his is the one. Awesome job, Beatdrop.

For Flik, well, it pretty much speaks for itself. Not very detailed, but humorous in a way. The piano was original - to say the least - and interesting. It just sounds great.

TheMisterCat gets second for having a lot of originality, and for using a really generic piano in a good way. :P

Great round this time too!
Some mixes were more melody heavy, some fitted with advanced mixing techniques, others with lyrics, and some even sounded professional.
Anyway, here's the vote & reasoning part:

1st: Can't explain why J64H melodies always move me...
Maybe some specific chord progression or recurents notes played in a certain way, within a defined octave range?
Really dunno...
Here I seem to respond mainly to the bassline.
While melodicaly repetitive, the synths are sweet.
Also, the subtle work on Fxs makes it an enjoyable audio-experience.

2nd: Darthfett mixed a pretty cool track.
The synth sound and swift percussions are nice. Liked the bright atmosphere & the clear mixing.
The ending is pretty abrupt considering this was one of the first mix posted. ;)

3rd: Arc's got potential, I like were his musical work is going.
Just need a bit more mixing here & there, and some fancy sample library to enhance it all!
Then his tracks would shine. :)
