I feel like Xerol really did the most worth it. A lot of the other songs were really simple and repetitive, and while Xerol's was too, I like the direction his took.

Suzu's song was...well Suzu's song. And I REALLY liked mine, so eff ya'll. It's the only vote I'm gonna get.

Note: This whole compo put together could be the soundtrack for a pretty iffy game with <3 music.

Xerol - Your compo was epic and definitely made me feel like I was on an adventure.

Suzu - Great interpretation of the theme. Too bad about the AIDS.

1. OMFG I'm voting for Xerol? Who ever would have thought! But really, his song is pretty good, massive amounts of fail aside. His samples are pretty shitty though. But I'll forgive.

2. Flik scares me.

3. GSlicer I have no idea what this has to do with 'Choose Your Own Adventure' books but nice production values or something.

The rest of you in alphabetical order:

Dyne, again with the OverCoat impressions? Come on bro, leave that crap to Scott and come up with your OWN incredibly annoying niche.

Hemo: this song is nice, and even compositionally not awful. But again with the shortness. I feel... unsatisfied. Much like your lady lovers! Put some Penis Mightier on that shit, bro.

Ramaniscence again with the saw waves and Miami booty bass wannabe 808 shit? You're never gonna be Lil' Jon, man. Like Dyne, you too need to develop some kind of niche. Maybe start experimenting with FM synthesis. Try some new drum beats. Pirate some samplez. Mess around with chord progressions and shit. This stuff is getting stale already.

Starla with the sadorf-esque delay piano! Or the everyone-esque circa 2002 delay piano. Depending on your point of view. Or if you're sadorf. Or if you remember the year 2002. Actually everything about this song says FruityLoops 3.4. A blast from the past, maybe?

Last but not least, me! Man my song is weird. In kind of a cool way, I guess. I like it a lot better than my song from last week anyways. I love FM synthesis. I love odd chord progressions. I love segues between completely unrelated keys. I love triplet arpeggios and drum fills. In fact I like everything about this song but the ending. The ending is such a cop-out. YOU DIED OF AIDS *FADE TO BLACK*. Well I guess it works. Oh well.

OK I had fun this week. See y'all next time around.

Really liked how Page Nine fit together. The fakey clarinet line is surprisingly catchy with those string stabs.
Suzume's piece gets to the action immediately.
Starla's probably best resembles what I thought of the theme.
Honorable mention to Gslicer.
