RIGHT, so comments:

Silverpool: You preserved the funky funky mushroom feels. This is sexy. "Fungal Bits" is fun, quirky and just a little bit erotic. Nice use of the organ on the off beat. Love the retro sounding synths, they build character and definitely pay tribute to the source tune's low-fi/modern hybrid sound. I did also notice some re-interpretive touches, so that's good. Drums are fitting: campy and stuff, though I think the Crash sample is pretty weak - it's just very grainy and low-fi sounding - there are better free samples out there, believe me ;). All in all, "Fungal Bits" is certainly a spooktacular tune that is very capable of beating my "Fungal Hell" this round - 101% aweesomeness Silverpool!!

Dex - Well, I think APZX already covered all there is to cover, more aptly than I could explain. So I'll just state what I liked: the evil cackle SFX, the near-perfect E/Q and the production quality are all pretty top notch. I'm kinda glad I don't have to compete with you this round because you knocked both me and Silverpool's entries into the ball bark next field over. Good work dood.

Kind of a tough decision. hoboka, that was pretty badass, but I am having a really hard time identifying the source material in it. It would be a stretch for me even for PRC, and definitely not for MNP. Silverpool, I liked the slightly different arrangement, the drums, and how you differentiated the sections.

Hoboka - Eh, well it was more interpretive, but in the vein of the original IMO.

Silverpool - Just a cover and I really didn't hear a whole lot of "you" in it. Even if you're going to basically cover it, there has to be something "you" in it. You made it a bit faster, but what about some style change?

Dex - I dunno man. Sounding pretty good, but there are still things I'd change. Then again that gets into personal taste. Anyway, really the biggest issue are the full on section sections that still need some cleaning up, but they're not even all that bad.
